The Music Inn is a former recording studio and now features our new Pool, Putting Green, Bocce Court and Year Round Hot Tub. We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. This 1 bedroom carriage house is custom built, with tall knotty pine ceilings and features a spacious open concept. There is a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

This high quality built 2-bedroom apartment is part of our new house on a unique, gated, cozy 5-Acre property. Situated on a ridge with a stunning view into a beautiful valley and a glimpse of Center Hill Lake. If you like the Smoky Mountains, this is your place to stay-only 1hour away from Nashville! 2 Minutes off of I40. The sun rises and the sun sets are magical to experience from the porch. Perfect place to relax and enjoy nature or rest after boating, kayaking, hiking or workshops.

Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. With babies and a dog, minor overhead noise is possible!

The living room has a 55 in smart TV w/Roku, small fridge, microwave & keurig. It's a great place to work remote. The Queen bedroom has a Smart TV & a desk. You have a covered parking space & access to the main home front porch with a small table & 2 chairs, porch swing & rockers.
