The Carriage House exuded tranquility and serenity. Following a lengthy journey, we eagerly sought refuge in the inviting living space and cozy bedroom. The temperature upon our arrival was ideal, allowing us to effortlessly unwind. The accommodations boasted a comprehensive array of amenities, ensuring that we felt completely at home. As night fell, following a visit with family, we savored the peaceful seclusion of the countryside while relaxing by the gas firepit and a glass of wine. The path leading to the river is ideal for fitness enthusiasts who enjoy walking or running, especially trail running. Adjacent to the river, there is a park with a track, perfect for those looking to exercise. Additionally, the area is excellent for fishing, so be sure to bring your gear and a comfortable lawn chair to relax in the ample shade by the river, perhaps with a good book.

Linda was very helpful, and quick to respond when I had an unfortunate issue(my fault) that happened. Super thankful for the place to stay.

Nice walking distance to Main Street of Boerne. Location on dead end street made it very quit, no car or truck noise. Property is just 10 years old, very spacious, quality and spacious. Dedicated parking next to the front door. We would stay here again.

The pictures do not do this place justice! It was so much better in person and that is saying a lot. Incredible dark skies in the evening, serene surroundings, and so intimate. Bernice was an absolute joy and her breakfasts rivaled the best 5 star establishments in all of Fredricksburg! This will be our go to stop!

We loved our stay at Jackie's barn bungalow. The decor is great and the beds are so comfy. It has a nicely -sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bungalow was well stocked with coffee and everything you would need while there. There was a welcome basket with snack and breakfast items. Jackie was a wonderful host! We would definitely stay at the barn bungalow again!

Words cannot express how wonderful our weekend was at Three Points Ranch. Not only were we immersed in natures beauty but blessed with the most gracious hosts. Sally, Kate, and Lindsey welcomed us with open arms and hearts to make our elopement weekend everything we dreamed of. They were available to and did work with us on everything we asked from the moment of booking to the days we were there. They were there in a moments notice if we needed them and also kept their space from us so we could enjoy peaceful privacy in the beautiful space they created. They offered everything they could to us to make us feel like family staying on site. They even made sure no one drove by during our elopement ceremony! I was blown away by their willingness to work with us on every ask we gave. The thoughtful, gracious presence they were as our hosts made our weekend feel extra special. I truly felt like no other space could hold such a sacred weekend for us the way the Ranch did, thanks to them.

Helen and Joe were able to accommodate us after our previous booking canceled on us at the last minute and their place was awesome! They were very gracious hosts. The house was located a short drive from the Texas Ren Fest, had plenty of beds, was very clean, and the hot tub and pool were fantastic after a long day of walking. 10/10 would stay here again the next time we come down for the Ren Fest.

Spent a nice getaway weekend with my girlfriend and proposed to her on this trip. The area is nice and peaceful with an amazing view of the countryside. We love animals so seeing the horses near the barn was so nice. Inside was very clean and had a cozy vibe to it. 10/10 Would love to come back again. - Juan & Yolanda

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Barn in Muleshoe, Texas, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The Barn itself is a charming and cozy retreat, beautifully decorated, and offers all the amenities you could need for a comfortable visit. It was extremely clean and made for a great place to stay in Muleshoe.

Quiet tranquil getaway place. The listing description is spot on and it is close to towns and attractions, but far enough that you feel removed from the hustle-bustle. Everything was well-appointed and cared for; the hosts provide many extras and follow up to ensure all is well. Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

Such an amazing stay! We loved kayaking the river and petting the sheep. Such a cute, quiet location that is very relaxing!

I cannot speak highly enough of our time at Sandi and Stephen’s. The property and their hospitality far exceeded our expectations and made this one of our more memorable getaways, hands down. We cannot wait to return, and for longer next time! This stay is a true bed and breakfast, not just a vacation rental. Sandi made us an exceptional gluten free breakfast, accommodating my dietary restrictions, and she also recommended restaurants and bakeries close by that have GF items. The barn also offered a lot of privacy in a forest, with easy access to hiking trails and state parks. We highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

Karon is a wonderful host! We have stayed at Reata Ranch several times, and the house and hospitality is excellent every time. We enjoy seeing the upgrades with every visit. This time it was more rockers on the front porch and a new rock sidewalk. We will definitely stay again! Karon is the best!

We love this tiny home bardo! It was the perfect size and location for our stay! We travel between Buescher and Bastrop State Parks for an annual family reunion. It has everything we need for a comfortable, cozy, peaceful long weekend. This is our second stay here and we will definitely come back again!

This place is cozy, quiet, private and absolutely gorgeous!! We have stayed on the property twice now and LOVE it. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We especially love sitting on the front porch and upper deck, walking the trails on the property and loving on the dogs and the cat. We will be back for sure.

Le canoë barn est un super logement à Fredericksburg : il est facile d'accès, à distance de marche de la rue principale et ses restaurants. De plus il est dans un quartier extrêmement calme et paisible, au coeur du quartier historique. On a aussi adoré la décoration et plus généralement l'atmosphère du logement. on s'y sent très bien! Enfin il est très propre et on y trouve tout le nécessaire pour y passer quelques jours.

Loved the barn! Me and my husband were finding a last minute stay at Texas! And we loved the place, we felt calmed and comfortable at this place! Will absolutely come back and stay next time for sure! 🙏🏽

This is the perfect little place of paradise! It’s located in a perfect spot that makes it easy to get into Terrell or Canton off of I-20. It’s serene and time seems to slow down just enough that you can just sit and exhale. I would highly recommend this spot for a few friends, or even a small family to visit and just escape from all the hustle and bustle of the world.

My family and I had a wonderful time together. We had very special needs and Alina helped facilitate each one. The guest house was perfect for what we needed. Definitely something we would like to do again sometime. Staycationing.

This was short notice and she responded so quickly. This is by far the most unique little cottage ever. Absolutely stunning. She has thought of everything you could possibly need. What a gorgeous location and home in the Round Rock area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the barn has everything you need, fabulous beds and linens, beautiful interior and view. The only thing we missed was the sunsets due to cloudy weather. We were a group of women who were having a girls weekend away and had a blast. Thank You Rob and Linda, we would love to come again.
