Place is very nice. Pool was excellent outdoor space was phenomenal. Had a lot of TVs will return.

We really enjoyed our stay here and had a lot to do at the house when we had free time booked and in the evenings. Located in a great area with a lot of things to do to suit everyone.

Great place! The house is very spacious, the kitchen area and dining table were large and great for family gatherings. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable! The outside area is great. You can jump right in to the lake, grill and hang out on the decks. Dan was a great host, we stayed during Beryl and Dan did everything he could to navigate the situation.

It was great better than the pictures the weather was nice and sunny the water was amazing but at night there was a bad storm but it was nice I would go again

This house was great for our group. The pool was so nice to relax in at the end of the day. Plenty of beds and space. Good location for what we needed. Daniel was incredibly responsive and open to feedback. Beds are memory foam where aren’t for everyone.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sindy’s place during a girls’ getaway, and everything about it exceeded our expectations. The home was beautifully decorated, with a spacious kitchen that was perfect for preparing meals together, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — we all slept so well! One of our favorite moments was enjoying a quiet morning coffee out in the backyard. It was such a peaceful and calming way to start the day, surrounded by nature and fresh air. Sindy was an exceptional host. Communication with her was smooth and prompt — she always responded quickly and kindly, which made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return in the future. Thank you, Sindy, for such a memorable and relaxing stay!

This place was perfect!! I had my bachelorette trip here and the place was beautiful, fun, and was a pretty easy uber to downtown and anywhere else we went. I totally recommend this place!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Phil’s. Peaceful outdoor space is the treasure at this home. My kids, 13 and 19, enjoyed the game room.

Great house for a weekend visit to Amarillo. Home was very welcoming and fully stocked with lots of little extras--fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, and plenty of space for our family of 8 to enjoy the holiday weekend. Felt like home away from home! 🙂

Excellent stay! Even thouhj the lake is dry, we had a blast exploring the dry lake bed and just lounging around the house. The hosts were wonderful - quick to respond and so accommodating! Great spot for our 3 families for a long weekend.

Jennifer was a great host in responsiveness and being attentive. The place was just what our family needed and the back yard is a huge plus for pets! Highly recommend if your staying in San Antonio.

We spent 5 nights at Rosa’s place and it was a great stay. The house was very clean, we had access to the garage, the kitchen was well stocked to cook, the beds were comfortable and there was a nice work area for me to be a me to work remotely. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great host, very responsive. House is in a nice, safe neighborhood near everything you could need. Everything was as described, kids loved playing the arcade machine in the garage. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The house had everything we needed, including both espresso and coffee machines, which was a nice touch. TVs in every room made it easy for everyone to unwind in their own space. The heated pool was a huge plus, especially for evening swims. Also, the location couldn’t be more convenient—Tom Thumb’s, Chipotle, and Starbucks were just 3 minutes away. Perfect for families, we would definitely stay here again!

My family and I love to look for neat stays during every holiday.. this one has been our favorite yet. We love to be outdoors and during our stay we enjoyed the beautiful backyard all day. From the pool to the section where we were able to roast marshmallows, everything was incredible. The indoors had plenty of space for our big family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen spacious enough to congregate around. We will definitely be coming back.
