정말 훌륭한 숙소. 괜찬은 wifi, 제대로 된 주방. 세탁기, 뜨거운 샤워, 그리고 아름다운 동네. 모든게 완벽했습니다.

Highly recommended place and Charles is a great host, always helpful and responsive. The condo has everything you need for a pleasent stay including access to a pool area and a fitness room. Also close to a lot of local eateries and nice lake area great for running and biking.

Beautiful location with amazing view. The apartment itself was clean, cozy and had everything you need for life. The staff was very friendly and helped to get to the store or the beach. Great pool and facilities. The extra cost was a bit unexpected as i didn't read the description but it's not big. Definitely recommend this place to visit!

My partner and I are on a several month long trip around Southeast Asia and this spot was a perfect place for us to relax during our stay in Ko Lanta! We love cooking while we travel and the apartment has all of the home amenities we are used to, from simple things like a cheese grater, vegetable peeler, basic cooking seasonings, a full sized fridge, AN OVEN (we haven’t had a place with an oven since we started our trip two months ago) and a grocery store nearby we were able to make our meals with ease! The washer on the property was a total bonus as well (since we’d been traveling for quite a while already)! Scott and Nong are also wonderful hosts! They got us situated with a transfer from the ferry dock and handled all of the motorbike rental details ahead of time so check in and check out were a complete breeze! Would 11 out of 10 recommend this spot to anyone visiting Ko Lanta, great hosts, great location, great price and a WONDERFUL apartment! We definitely intend to return!

From the moment we arrived Sunny was so kind offering us cold refreshments and a very warm welcome. We absolutely loved our stay with Sunny and his wife. Sunny even took us to the local shops so that we could fill the fridge with drinks and goodies. We felt right at home! Relaxing evenings spent with the many cats and our particular favourite one Pop-up. I would highly recommend The wow box, the hosts are exceptional, it’s close enough to the main town and included with the price is the scooter you’re able to use. Superb location for peace and tranquility!

Very responsive hosts. The place has good light, nice layout, and good amenities. The bed mattress was pretty hard and not very comfortable, but the air con worked well, and the unit was quiet with only a little street noise. The swimming pool is a nice amenity. I like that soaps are provided in the shower. The shower heater was not working perfectly, and the host called a service person to fix it. I appreciate their effort to resolve the issue, but the water temperatures still fluctuated when taking a shower. There is covered parking for motorbikes outside watched by security. The WiFi is a bit slow, but this is me in their description. It was ok for my purposes. The hosts provide clear instructions and are very responsive if there are any issues.

Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen - wir werden wieder kommen! Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

Хорошая квартира на 23 этаже,шикарный вид на бухту, бомбезные закаты! Иногда присутствует запах канализации, но похоже это происходит во всем кондо. Цена немного завышена, мебель тоже не первой свежести, но в общем и целом все понравилось хозяин очень отзывчивый человек.

原本訂的房源因冷氣壞了， 我一下飛機，就收到房主的告知！ 升級我們二人入住超大房源， 四間房間、客廳、餐廳、三間廁所、 還有一個小花園和大陽台！ 除了不另外收費外， 還特別叫車到機場接我們入住！ 除了房源離asok約要走15分鐘， 但這我們都還是可以接受的。 房主非常主動積極了解我們的需求， 也很快的即時回覆！ 房間非常的乾淨， 我和我的朋友都非常喜歡！ 下次再來曼谷， 還是會選房主的房源來入住！ 非常的讚！👍

Ern was so helpful and responsive to my messages. The apartment is beautiful and absolutely huge compared to what I expected! Perfect walking distance to the train, shops and food. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again if I was back in Bangkok!

Patchara is really a great guy and superb host! Always answering quickly and trying to help. The Apt itself is clean and in a quiet area. The next MRT/BTS Stations are a few minutes by Grab-Bike away. Theres a little eatary and a caffeteria right 50 meters in front of the building. And a laundry service and 7-11 a few minutes in walking distance. The internet was really fast so I was able to work remote (Company in Germany). I really recommend this apt if you are not eager to live in the City center. Its quiet and really cheap.

It was a pleasure staying with Sergey. The property was managed by Polina who was great with communication and allowed us a smooth and efficient check in and check out. The apartment was well furnished and immaculate. Great location.

Not having visited Pattaya before, I was unaware of just how centrally located this accommodation was. I HIGHLY recommend to anybody without children.

To był świetny pobyt, najlepszy podczas całego mojego miesięcznego pobytu w Tajlandii. Świetne miejsce, z superi infrastrukturą jeśli chodzi o basen, siłownie, biblioteczki. Świetny i szybki kontakt z Oleg, a sam apartament fantastyczny. Przez cały pobyt mieliśmy samochód i uważam to miejsce jako idealne do bazy wypadowej na zwiedzanie całej wyspy

Ida was more than a host, they were professional in communication and checkin service. The place was very clean and suitable for two people only. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay her again.

Very private. Even common swimming pool was empty for most of the time. Very close to the beach. The water in the sea is clear. Planty of restaurants and almost no people. Ideal for somebody who want to chill.

Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschlossen, für eine Woche eine Bleibe zu suchen und hier sind wir fündig geworden, ein kleines Schmuckstück auf einem Hang gelegen, mit einem tollen Blick auf Kata Beach. Jean-Michel hat uns gleich einen Kontakt zu der Verwalterin Eve hergestellt, die uns vor Ort sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Beim öffnen der Wohnungstür raubt es einem den Atem, der Blick ist traumhaft, der Sonnenuntergang noch viel schöner. die Wohnung ist offen, hell und freundlich gestaltet. Die Schiebetüren zur Terrasse können komplett geöffnet werden. Man fühlt sich gleich heimisch. Die Aussicht vom Whirlpool am späten Nachmittag mit einem Glas Wein ist fantastisch und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool oberhalb des Fitnessstudio ist unglaublich schön angelegt, mit einem wundervollen Blick auf die Andamansee und den Sonnenuntergang . Wer kein Auto hat, fährt einfach Bolt, das klappt immer. Alles in Allem eine traumhafte Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder! Merci beaucoup, Jean-Michel
