Have been going to this location for years Honey has been my go to agency. Great job as usual. Very friendly and efficient staff, great accomodation, except for very hard bed,which they have no control over.

Perfect place for a family vacation. Location - cannot be better, 2 mon walk to the sea, no need to cross the road, and close to major shopping centres - Blueport and Market Village (10-15 min walk). And its quiet. Condo - good condition, pool is great, many places to chill and hide from the sun. Clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Apartment - home away from home. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen (we were with a baby, so it was important). Beds are super comfortable with hotel-standards linen. Water pressure is good. Host - friendly and responsive. Paul has met us at the reception to check in and brief on the apartment- we appreciate it. Overall - 100% recommend!

j'ai vraiment aimé le condo et l'emplacement tout a proximité : 7/11 resto plage commerces marchand de fruit ambulants et quartier très calme!!! je reste d'ailleurs un mois de plus mais hélas pas chez Siriya juste au dessus même bâtiment. je recommande vivement ce condo . merci Siriya pour votre sympathie et votre disponibilité bravo

Excellent apartment, very spacious, comfortable furniture and bed. Balcony was small, but plenty of room for two chairs and the table. Fabulous view from the balcony and the bedroom, waking up to the beautiful sunrise. Lots of storage space in the bedroom. Kitchen was equipped sufficiently for us. Big fridge freezer was very useful. Bathroom was a good size, with decent shower cubicle. Beautiful pool, staff on security very friendly. Plenty of launderettes and great variety of restaurants nearby. Large Tesco/Lotus in Market Village shopping mall about 7mins walk.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gut gelegen. Toller Pool und Balkon. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Le logement de Nata était très propre, très spacieux. il était suffisant pour notre famille de 4. Réactivité par message airbnb et whtspp parfait. L’endroit et très très calme nous étions moins d’une dizaine tout les jours dans les nombreuses piscine à cette périodes de l’année. Emplacement un peu éloignée des centres d’intérêt mais ce n’est pas grave si vous cherchez le calme et si vous prenez l’avion les jours suivant. Merci Pour votre sérieux

A really nice apartment - great layout with 2 large private bedrooms with own changing areas and en suites - a huge balcony and reclining beds. Easy to walk to 2 beaches and the Issara restaurant right next door is worth checking out. A nice stay

Great apartment with quiet neighborhood and quiet apartment. It has a good location, just a few steps to the beach and is equipped with functional household stuffs. The service is quality. We would definitely stay here again. Very good value for such a large apartment.

le logement était conforme au photos mais pas très propre. vaiselle pour seulement 2 personnes alors que nous étions 3. Obligation d'avoir un véhicule parceque un peu éloigné de tout. pour le reste tout était parfait

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

Квартира прекрасная, очень красивая, светлая, уютная, с потрясающей террасой. Немного требует ремонта, но очень комфортная для проживания. Не понравилось отсутствие горячей воды в душевой кабине. Мы мылись в ванне, но в ней нет шторки и вода течет на пол. Самое плохое было что хозяйка не дала никаких инструкций по заселению, хотя мы просили ее об этом когда звонили из аэропорта. Потом у нее просто был отключен телефон и мы не знали что нам делать. Координаты на Airbnb привели нас не туда. Мы сделали три круга прежде чем найти нужный въезд. Нам помог охранник, который не говорил по английски, но оказалось что ключи у него. Это был единственный неприятный момент. Позже хозяйка вышла на связь и принесла извинения. Также подарила сувениры. Спасибо большое за это, нам было приятно. Совет: вбивайте в google maps “BLEU CONDO”. Не используте координаты. В остальном все было превосходно! P.S. Вокруг очень тихо, не слышно шум дорог. Но петухи начинают в 4-5 утра, берите беруши :)

Large apartment with a beautiful view. Chris is always in touch and happy to help. Apartment has everything you need. Definitely worth what we paid. I wish it was cleaner, but that’s ok. Also feel like I was charged too much for electricity, I intentionally used as little as necessary, and still ended up paying for a few days what my friend that lives nearby pays in a month. Not the end of the world. Overall worth it and definitely recommend!

송크란에 맞춰 묵었던 숙소인데 가격대비 룸컨디션이 너무 좋아 매우 맘에 들었습니다. 내부는 흠잡을데 없이 깔끔했고 청결했으며 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 방콕에 방문한다면 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Benny. Le logement est impeccable. Il y a de tout pour cuisiner, le lit est confortable et la vue du balcon est super. La piscine aussi est incroyable. Directement dans l'immeuble il y a un 7/11 et une machine distributrice qui fait d'excellents cafés! Le logement est à 3 minutes de marche du BTS ce qui est génial pour te rendre n'importe où en transport en commun. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement! Merci encore Benny !

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

Мы прожили месяц в этой квартире и очень довольны тем, как все прошло. В квартире было чисто, был отличный интернет. Наличие стиральной машины было большим плюсом для нас. В целом, в квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Нам не хватило полотенца для рук в ванной и коврика на выходе из душа (докупали сами). В остальном все прекрасно. Расположение нам понравилось, поскольку мы много работали дома и в коворкинге кондоминиума. Рядом огромный торговый центр со всеми магазинами и развлечениями, что так же было очень удобно. Сам кондоминиум очень чистый, спокойный, с хорошим бассейном (хоть и прохладным) и отличным спортивным залом. Хозяин своевременно отвечал на вопросы и был на связи. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова 😌

I had an amazing stay! The place looks exactly like the photos—beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout. I also really appreciated how safe and secure the property felt. And that pool—so big and perfect for relaxing! Would definitely recommend and love to stay again.

Shami’s condo was exactly as mentioned in the listing. She was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checkin and check out. The place is on 34th floor and offers amazing views of the roads below, both from the room and the utility area. All equipment’s worked as expected. 7-11 on the ground floor was an added advantage which eased out stay. However, the room felt a bit smaller than what I’d expected. The place is at a junction of busy roads and wouldn’t recommend for tourists who are not used to Bangkok, esp given public transport would be some mins away to take you to CBD area.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and overall, it was a great experience. The price was very competitive and the location is superb, with plenty of shops nearby. The facility offers a spacious hall and a refreshing pool, adding excellent value to the stay. The bed was very comfortable and the Wi-Fi was impressively fast. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. The only drawback was that the room occasionally had an unpleasant smell, but it didn't overshadow the many positive aspects of the accommodation.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is safe and extremely well-connected, with a bus stop right below the building that provides direct access to MBK Mall (about an hour away) and other central attractions we wanted to explore. The surrounding area, premises, and building security were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Our main reason for staying here was its proximity to a nearby badminton training facility, and it served the purpose perfectly. When we had free time, sightseeing was also easy and convenient. A major bonus was the convenience of having a KFC and Big C supermarket just across the road, which made grabbing meals and essentials hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for our needs, and I’d recommend it for both leisure and practical purposes.

Have had a wonderful week in this nice apartment. The house is an eye-catcher in the city with a central location. Fantastic with a huge pool. The apartment is not large but has everything you need. Practical with its own washing machine with dryer. A highlight was standing on the roof terrace on New Year's Eve and watching fireworks over the whole city. Car was safe at a high security parking.
