Спасибо, наш отдых прошел хорошо. Вилла выглядит так как на фото, не новая мебель, но все неплохое. Удобные три спальни и гостиная, отличный бассейн, новое белье и полотенца, на кухне есть все необходимое. Если нам чего то не хватало, то хозяин по нашей просьбе все доставил. Приятно было получить к новому году корзину с фруктами и конфеты детям. Нет фена и кофеварки, так что лучше захватить и учитывать это, если выберете эту виллу. Удобнее иметь машину, чтобы достать все хорошие места. На территории есть спорт зал, территория живописная. Поправилось, что на территории комплекса есть кафе, вкусные завтраки и обеды, можно заказать еду в номер. До пляжа и ближайших магазинов пешком 15 минут. Рекомендую.

My friends and I stayed during the week of Songkran and this place was walkable to lots of fun events and restaurants such as the night markets. The place was very comfortable and clean and the cafe was very convenient to get coffee and breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this place and will be visiting again!

Der Aufenthalt bei den beiden war unbeschreiblich schön! Die zwei Hosts sind super süß und unglaublich nett! 😊 Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und gleichzeitig super ruhig. Der Pool ist sehr erfrischend und wird immer gereinigt. Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und es war super sauber. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! Klare Empfehlung!

Das Apartment ist großzügig und stilvoll Thailändisch gestaltet, sehr angenehm. In der Küche findet sich das Notwendigste an Geschirr, auch eine Mikrowelle und ein großer Kühlschrank. Sehr angenehm sind die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten, für Kühlung und Frischluft zu sorgen (Klimaanlage, Ventilatoren, Ventlatorentlüftung). Die Lage in einer ruhigen Ecke der Altstadt hat uns auch sehr gefallen.

Spacious place in town center. Near everything you need in daily. Nuwat is mindful and responsive to any need. Definitely come again

I'm so glad I stayed here! 6 nights, fantastic. A short walk gets you to the old city, but the location here is quiet and peaceful, with a few small convenience stores right next door. It always felt safe in the neighbourhood. Easy location for taxi's/Grab to find. Easy to walk to the old city and look around. The staff are kind and helpful. The front door has gates that are locked at night for security, but easy to navigate with the key provided. The room was nice, spacious and bright. The big fridge was helpful, and 2 good sized water bottles provided daily were a great help. The bed is typically quite hard, like most Thai beds. I'd recommend bringing a top sheet, so you can lie on the comforter for extra padding. Aircon was great! The view from the 3rd story room is excellent. Such a great place, and good value. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Accès difficile mais un lieu aussi beau, ça se mérite! Environnement calme, paradisiaque. La propreté du logement n’était pas parfaite mais le propriétaire a immédiatement proposé des solutions et s’en est excusé. Excellente communication avec Kenneth. Le logement est parfaitement conforme à la description, il manque quelques détails pour plus de confort (seulement 2 tasses, pas de bols, pas de porte savon). L’appartement est très grand et très lumineux, (un rideau ou store serait le bienvenu sur la fenêtre de la cuisine), équipé avec des moustiquaires. Le lit est parfait, les oreillers aussi. Le restaurant à proximité était un régal, un des meilleurs plat que j’ai pu manger en Thaïlande! Ce logement est super, si nous revenons dans la région nous nous arrêterons ici.

Stayed at this airbnb with my boyfriend in our last remaining days in bkk. The room was nice and clean. There was also a balcony. Wifi was okay for working, hot and cold showers, shampoo soap and conditioner is also included as well as towels. It was very convenient because the location was near the train station and malls in sukhumvit. There’s also a cafe and restaurant downstairs and it’s worth the try! We loved the place so much and will definitely book our airbnb here if we ever find ourselves in bkk again 🫶🏻

We were greeted by gorgeous cats and the caretakers Zoe and Tza (adorable guys). Check-in was simple, and the apartment was even lovely in person. Everything was readily available. I enjoyed the sunset point. Staff assisted us with moving in and booking our tours. Overall, we never had to worry about anything. The restaurant next to the villa serves excellent food; we never had to worry about having food delivered from elsewhere; they produce meals that tastes better than some of Patong's finest restaurants. I stayed in this apartment for 1 month and I had a wonderful stay there. The apartment was nicely decorated and had all the amenities that I needed. The host was great, very responsive and helpful. I like the surroundings because of it's central location and is walkable to many good restaurants, shopping malls and other entertainment places. Also, the Baht bus goes right outside on 2nd rd if you need to go further away. I can highly recommend this apartment.

El lugar muy bonito, limpio y muy amable la host ya que me equivoqué de fecha y sin ninguna pega me la cambio. Súper recomendado además la ubicación es perfecta si te gusta recorrer los markets de Chiang Mai

The flat is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great place to stay. While there are four flights of stairs to reach it, they’re good exercise! Something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns, but my parents (in their 70s) managed just fine. Khun Teerajit, the host, is extremely responsive and attentive, ensuring that any needs are quickly taken care of. The location is good—right next to the BTS, making it easy to get around, and situated on an authentic Bangkok street. I highly recommend taking a morning walk to enjoy some of the best Thai street food in the area. Would stay again!

Our host Yimmy was always responsive and helpful for any issues (one minor issue quickly resolved) or questions. She allowed us a slightly later checkout and bag storage which was very much appreciated. Our family of four enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing 7 day stay. Some of the highlights of this accommodation: Coin operated washer and dryer Easy walk to soi 20 near Hindu temple for morning market, Ama Bakery and Krua aroy aroy and bts Surasak. Прекрасный вариант для того, чтобы остановиться рядом с национальным парком. В лофте чисто, есть все необходимое, большая красивая ванная комната, везде чисто, приятный дизайн, мы остались очень довольны
