Only 2 blocks (a ten minute walk) to down town Woodstock & the NYC bus stop. We are 1 block from the Tinker St. Cinema and about 1.5 miles from the Bearsville theater. There are hiking trails for you to enjoy, the beautiful Wilson State Park as well as The stunning views of Cooper Lake and the Ashokan Reservoir.

Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Enjoy views from your upstairs oasis: 1 big bedroom, office/smaller room with a day bed, kitchen, & bath. Stay coooool all summer long with our very quiet mini splits. Slip out your private entrance to hike Joppenbergh. Bring or Rent a bike, ride or walk or even X-country ski the #EmpireTrail, the Rosendale trestle and Wallkill Rail-trail. View the trestle and walk 5 minutes to the trail from the house. Walk to local eateries, and cinema, or just relax by the river.

Pet Friendly mother-in law suite within a beautiful Victorian home in the center of Adams. The quaint town sits at the base of Mount Greylock with hiking and bike trails within minutes of your accommodations. Restaurants, grocery store and a 9 hole golf course are in walking distance. MASS MOCA is just a short 6 mile drive. Tanglewood music center is a 35 minute drive. Beautiful deck with gas firepit and grill. We would love you to be our guest.
