Beautiful apartment in the center of Wilmington. We own land and have our camper set up in the next town over, but with the cold weather lately, the camper is still winterized. We wanted to come up and get some yard work done and stay locally, and this apartment was the clear winner! Walking distance to our favorite coffee shop, lots of restaurants, my favorite bookstore (!!) and walking trails. Loved the deck- even though it was April and iffy weather, we were able to have takeout dinner outside one night! So grateful that Jennifer allows pets, as we have two dogs and it’s often hard to find pet friendly Airbnb accommodations that are in a good location and as clean as this place! Jennifer was so kind, accommodating and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great trip- she’s definitely one of the best hosts we’ve had! Thank you for making this week wonderful! We will be back.

This property is definitely within the top five Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! The apartment is absolutely beautiful with no detail missed. The kitchen was impeccable with light snacks provided and coffee/creamer, which is a huge plus for me. The bathroom was spotless with beautiful, plush towels and a lovely washer and dryer set. The living room was very comfortable with a reclining couch. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m working in town.

My friend and I did a girls trip to Beacon for her birthday, and this AirBnB was the perfect place to call home for the weekend! All the restaurants and shops were a quick 5-minute walk from us. We'd explore the town during the day then relax in the comfy common room for a movie night back at our AirBnB. We SO enjoyed our weekend, and I am grateful we found such a cozy place! HsinYi's communication was excellent before, during, and after our trip. 10/10 recommend! :)

Our stay was extremely quiet until the upstairs neighbors returned. We don't have kids or pets so we're very used to quiet. Getting used to hearing upstairs neighbors took getting used to for me. The place was chock full of supplies, coffee, Scrabble and welcoming decor. The bed was outstandingly comfortable. The bathroom was modern and creative! The outdoor patio, activities and view of the creek were impressive. This is definitely on our "to return to" list.

Always nice to stay with Mark and Tina. Wonderful people. Very convenient location for us. Beautiful setting. We keep coming back!!

Had a great stay! Walkable to MVP arena and restaurants. The apartment was immaculate and beautiful and very comfortable. Beds were great. Lots of towels. Neighborhood feels a little off the main street and we walked briskly at night, but was well lit and walkable..just something to be aware of. Angela had clear instructions and felt private and cozy inside the apartment. Having a parking space was great...but also easy parking out front. Thank you!

A beautiful home and the views were breathtaking on the lake. Although, it was frozen. All the amenities we needed and more. Close to skiing and tubing. Owner Sara was very attentive to respond quickly. We just wanted a getaway place for a family weekend. The road was narrow and very icy. Would go back but not in the winter. Summer and the Fall I think would be best. Lots more things to do in the nicer weather months. Thank you Sara for your hospitality.

Where to start?! This beautiful home is situated right on the esopus creek. There are songbirds, ducks, geese and some very pretty Osprey around the property. The house itself is clean and modern with everything you could possibly need for a getaway. Tim was so helpful and accommodating with us. We loved our stay and the area. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

We wanted a place to gather with our adult children and 2 very young grandchildren. The layout provided sleep and bathroom space for each family that gave privacy. The open concept living-kitchen space helped us feel like we were together and sharing in the cooking and child care. Even in winter the lake view is peaceful and lovely. Cozy, well equipped, and the lake vibe made this a wonderful family get away. So glad we chose the lake house for our Holiday get together.

This is a great place! It may look small on the outside but I was surprised with how spacious it was inside! It was a bit tricky to find but with the instructions given we were able to quickly find it! Christine was quick with the reply’s and the rules are more than reasonable. The lake is beautiful both day and night! If you’re looking for a nature get away but don’t want a cabin deep in the woods this house would be just that!

Great stay at this unique property right on the river. Loved watching the ice float by on the Hudson through the huge windows. Comfortable spaces for socializing. Abigail was quick and easy with all communication. Overall a relaxing stay.

This house is great. Lots of space to relax and spread out. There are many indoor and outdoor games provided on the property. We really loved the volleyball net and the basketball hoop! The place was also very clean and tidy.

We had a great time at David's place. There was plenty of space with a nice open concept with a great view of the lake. We went in the winter so we couldn't get down to the lake but it was beautiful to see. We would definitely recommend David's place.

From start to finish Zoe was very responsive and accommodating. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and neat. The bedding was very comfortable. We cooked a dinner and a breakfast and the kitchen was stocked well enough to make both these meals easy.

Superhost ! Was so accommodating to get us in last minute since our other Airbnb didn’t work out. He was so responsive and helpful with the snow storm as well ! We were so glad to have found this gem and have such a gracious host. The location is perfect and walkable to all the restaurants and markets. Also 15 mins away from Berkshire East ! This was a great find and we are thankful for it !

Perfect place for skiers. Cozy and very clean. Very close to the Hunter mountain. Karoline helped me with places to eat and was very attentive. 100% satisfaction. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at Desiree’s place for New Years weekend. The space was beautiful, clean, comfortable and perfect for our getaway. Close to the casino and spa and anything you need. Would definitely recommend!

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Very nice stay. Appreciated the bedside chargers. Kitchen was smartly stocked, was able to prepare a Thanksgiving meal with amenities provided. Very clean. Stunning views of the ocean. Downside, small bathroom/shower, limited bathroom shelf space/counter.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Gerry’s Apartment. Sehr gute Lage für Wanderungen in den Catskill Mountains. Alles wie beschrieben und gute Kommunikation mit Gerry. Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist an einigen Stellen schon etwas “in die Jahre gekommen”. Alles in allem aber sehr gut!
