'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Located at the beach and the lake there is plenty to get outside to go explore. This house is the 2nd house(back house) on one block. Its private and has large fences dividing the two. Fabulous for families or 2 couples. Sleeps 4 adults + 2 kids. NB: Requests for more than 4 Adults will not be accepted, we will not accept any request by people on behalf of others (the person booking must be the person staying).

My studio is ground floor, beachfront, just 100 metres to famous Bar Beach and its fabulous sea breezes. It is within easy walking distance via Bathers Way to Merewether Beach or via the magnificent Anzac Walk to Newcastle Beach or the harbour. Great cafes in all directions. The studio has its own secure keypad access, privacy to come and go as you please. It is fully furnished with wifi, queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. TV with access to your Netflix, Stan etc. Paradise!
