The home was easy to get to, clean/well-maintained, and was exactly as advertised. Janet was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I recommend this place.

Amy was an amazing and responsive host. She answered all questions immediately and offered some great experiences and options while planning the weekend. And it was a wonderful weekend! The property and amenities were just as they were described and we enjoyed it all - even the outdoor movie screen. The view was breathtaking and the surroundings relaxing. Love the well-stocked kitchen and labels! We will definitely return if the opportunity presents itself.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The resort is beautiful. We grilled one night and had a blast with how much amnesties there was. Oh and the bed in the master bathroom with the barn door was the best bed we have ever slept on! We got the best sleep in that bed. Our friends enjoyed it. We are already planning another trip for next year

Marian’s place was amazing and we will be back! Her home was incredibly clean and equipped with anything that you could need. Details were carefully planned out to make our stay more comfortable. The house is spacious and in a great location - lake is just a couple of minutes walking. The house has two outdoor spaces designed for gathering, which made it so easy for us to share meals and enjoy the outdoors, fire pit included for s’mores! The trees on the back make it so peaceful. The community has so many amenities and people are very friendly. You have the lake, volleyball, tennis, a great pool with jacuzzi, pickleball, etc just to name a few! You can’t go wrong staying here with your fam. We had 3 kiddos and they enjoyed every minute of our mini getaway! Another great convenience is the location feels remote, but you have all you may need a few mins away (grocery stores, restaurants, etc). Big bonus! Golf cart is included making it super convenient. Host is very kind and friendly!

Such a fun get-away place for my family! My kids loved the outdoor activities and it was so peaceful waking up in the trees with the sunshine shining through the trees. It was a fun and unique experience!

Well used space. Easy fit for 10 if majority are children I would say. Few spider webs especially on the patio which I had to clean which was no big deal until I got stung by wasp from wasp nest under one of the balcony chairs. Husband sprayed nest so I hope better for next guest. I stayed here 2 years ago and must say maintenance was better at that time in surrounding area pool, grass, community over all. bait shop now closed on premises (don’t fret a bait shop is within driving distance) In the home the upkeep is very good. Stocked with the essentials. Nice stay

Perfect place for a get away. We loved the chickens, visits from Jami and her calf, and the peacocks were fun to watch also. The attention to detail by the hosts was impeccable. We had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back.

We found our “home away from home” place when we go to Texas for Dr Appointments and to visit family. This is our 2nd time staying here, and we already booked 2 more times this year to return. Our dogs are so comfortable here and love the HUGE living room area to play. Absolutely recommend staying.

We so enjoyed our month-long stay at the Cozy Boho. Bailey and Jimmy are excellent hosts, communicative and attentive. This property is located in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood, away from city lights and noise. It is a great location for accessing the many trailheads in the National Forest, among other fun things. Inside is perfect for two adults, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed and sofa. We were very happy here!

The Good Smoke cabin was great, the pool area was very relaxing and me and my wife felt right at home. We really enjoyed our time at Happy Goat and will return

Had a great time would definitely recommend staying at the hen house cute space with all the amenities you would need or want, pond is serene and the area is comfortable.

Very cute cottage with the cutest decor. Very comfortable beds, and nice fenced backyard for the dogs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook dinner.

Wow. Jennifer went above and BEYOND accommodating us. She provided a pack n play for our friends as well as responded super quickly to questions! Truly loved staying at her cute place - loved the look of it inside and outside (it felt like a beach house in Tomball!). The house was right behind another house on a main road with it's own long gravel road for parking. It was next to a business, but felt really private. On Saturday morning (9-1) there was an AMAZING Farmers Market just a short walk away! She even extended our stay a day in advance! Overall, we had a perfect weekend and would recommend staying here to anyone.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the backyard oasis! The house was nicely furnished and had everything we needed for a stay away from home, complete with a hoot owl who sernanaded us every night! Our dogs give the place a thumbs up! Lots to sniff in that great back yard & they felt very comfortable from the moment we walked in the door! A good time was had by all during our stay. Thank you for being such a great host!

Keli was prompt to respond to us when we had to book last minute. This was a place that accommodated our dogs, had everything we needed for a quick stay with teens and animals, she responded quickly and allowed a late checkout, and the streets were peaceful and friendly when walking our dogs.

This was our second time staying here. we like it very much.
