Being in Florida, I expected to feel sand on the tile floor. It was immaculately clean! Very peaceful. Beautiful, cozy, stay. Thank you!

First time renting through Airbnb. House was just what I expected to see, clean and pleasantly decorated. The yard was mowed and fence was secure for our dog. Veronica was very nice and helpful. It even worked out for us to add a day to our stay when we got to Florida a day early. There were extra blankets, towels and the kitchen was well equipped. The house was the ideal size for my husband and I. Plenty of room for my dog to play. I was very happy with my stay.

We loved our stay at this house. The host was very helpful and communicative. The neighborhood is one of the prettiest we saw in the city of St. Petersburg and it's close to a bunch of really cool restaurants and bars. We had a great experience overall.

This place was perfect for what we were needing. I actually booked this for my coworker who was in the area for business, and he brought his wife with him. They stated that the place was great, the location was wonderful, and they felt very safe in the area. Not only was the place wonderful, but the host was also excellent. 10/10 recommend!

The house was festive. There is a lot of shade around the house. There are plants on the porch and outdoors that are well tended to. The house was in a nice neighborhood, so we walked a bit. There is a park with a beach not far away. We felt secure inside and out. The back yard was secure for our dog to run about a bit. All the amenities are as listed.

Lea’s place was great for a stay attending a swim meet at the North Shore Aquatics Complex. Her place was just as described and had everything that you could want. The backyard was really nice and relaxing! Sitting under the umbrella on a lounge chair in the afternoon was perfect! The master bathroom was really nice. I appreciated the shower controls being on the wall which allowed you to turn the shower on without getting soaked. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would ever need to prep a meal. While we didn’t have a dog with us, Lea’s would be an excellent place to stay with a pup.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at Chelsea’s Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—clear communication, easy check-in, and a space that exceeded all expectations. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location was close to plenty of restaurants & attractions. Definitely 10 out of 10, we would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Ari was an excellent Airbnb host. Very prompt with all our requests. The house was as described, very comfortable and clean. An extra large pool was a welcome item for everyone when we returned from our excursions every day. I highly recommend this property!

Really enjoyed Nik's place. House is big and with huge backyard and enclosed porch. Big rooms with ample space. Pool was very nice and so was hot tub setting. Wish we could have had time to organize a barbeque in the yard. Distance from Beaches quite good. It was a bit further than I expected from downtown Tampa, but that was not Nik's fault; we thought that 30 minutes' drive to University of Tampa was ok, but after doing it several times it got a bit tiring (mostly because traffic during holidays). Overall, Nik's place was very nice, and we all felt "at home" as soon as we walked in the door. I addition, response to our questions was fast, and hosts were extremely gracious in accommodating our special request during our stay; they did not have to, but they did, and that really appreciated. Great hosts.

Everything was perfect for our bachelorette weekend! Host was extremely accommodating and responsive. It is central to everything so we were able to explore clear water and st Pete with use of Ubers about 20 min each way. Pool and hot tub were awesome and clean.

This was our first time using airbnb. House was just as described. Loved the pool and hot tub. Location of the home was close to everything from beaches to resturants and stores. Neighborhood was very quiet . We would def stay here again.

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

Mark was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning to the very end, the communication was rapid and easy. The home was absolutely perfect and will definitely use this place again in the future if it’s available! Also, if you are considering using the whirlpool, it’s definitely worth it! And YES! The shower is as good as it looks! Grab this place if it’s available! The neighborhood is safe, the house is updated, and it’s very conveniently located near the grocery stores 🙌

I can’t recommend this place enough! We stayed at the house and it is beautiful. The pool and being able to have horses on the property were incredible amenities. You will not regret staying here!

Fantastic stay for 30 days with my pups! Hung was amazingly responsive when the power went out due to a local car crash or anything else I needed. House was close to Highway, airport , Tampa beaches and more!! Definitely would stay again!

The place was just as described, clen, close to downtown. Confortable bed, equipped kitchen. Location was close to downtown. Overall a smooth experience.

Eduardo’s place truly felt like home. It was very clean, cozy, and welcoming, with comfortable beds and recliners in the living room where our family could relax. The house had two kitchens — one inside and one outside — plus a beautiful back patio for unwinding. The washer and dryer were conveniently located outside in a separate unit, just as it should be. The location was excellent — only 8 minutes from Adventure Island and 5 minutes from great restaurants and common areas. The peaceful neighborhood made it even better, with nice sitting areas in both the front and back of the home. Inside, the kitchen featured a great bar setup, and the bathroom was clean and well-kept. Eduardo was extremely responsive throughout our stay, making everything easy and smooth. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay, and we definitely plan to return. Highly recommend!

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Daniel’s place. The home is very well-equipped. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches— that office chair is so comfortable!— and it’s rare to find an AirB&B with a kitchen that has everything you’d need to cook a nice meal at home. We had a busy time during this trip, and we confirm that this is a great spot to hunker down if you need to get work done. Overall our biggest complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer! We both hope to return and stay for much longer next time. Thanks, Daniel!

This charming house on Peggy Drive in Holiday, FL is everything our host, Milton, promised it would be. We easily entered the home and found it to be clean, comfortable, and cozy. Milton is the perfect host. Every contact with him was timely and helpful. The fenced backyard was important for us because we had our fourteen year old mini-golden-doodle with us. She especially approved of the screened lanai we used every morning. We are serious coffee drinkers and the Keurig coffee machine with a drawer full of pod choices was a delight. The neighborhood on Peggy Drive is friendly and inviting. We saw folks walking and riding bikes, and children playing. Stores of all types are easily accessible. We took short trips to Target, TJ Maxx, The Home Goods Store, and several other of our favorites. Restaurants in the area are too many to mention, but we did eat at Hella’s in Tarpon Springs twice. Our decision to stay in this charming home in Holiday, Florida was a great one!

We had a wonderful extended stay at Dees place. She was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. Unit was well equipped and maintained.

Everything about this home was Grade A! The pictures are spot on and the Hosts are friendly! My 3;children were so happy, and there was something to do for everyone The projector and pool area were my favorite. We will definitely book again.
