I had an excellent stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and professional—any issues that came up were handled quickly and with care. The location is ideal: central enough to access everything easily, but tucked away just enough to avoid the noise and crowds. The property is patrolled by security, so it feels very safe—great for solo travelers, couples, and families alike. Street vendors aren’t allowed on the premises, which keeps the area peaceful. There are several convenience stores and coffee shops nearby, and ride services can find you easily. It’s also just a five-minute walk to District 1 by crossing the bridge right outside to get to Saigon Centre, Ben Thanh Market, Walking Street, and other popular areas! I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb property that exceeded all my expectations. Lovely location and pretty easy to access to nearby restaurants/street foods. The room was clean but would be nicer if some air freshener is available to get rid of some neighbours cooking smell. The price is worth for the stay!

Overall a good stay. The location is convenient, especially if you want to be near Districts 1 and 2. The place was clean, and the host was responsive and handled things quickly when needed. A good choice if you need to stay close to the city center.

We stayed at this place for 7 days, during stay we felt like home, very comfy. The host is very responsive and always helpful. About surrounding, we also really liked the area, has lot of restaurants, cafe, mall, park etc. Especially if you stay here with family and kids, this place is for you. Thanks again to the host, made our travel much easier 🤝🏻

뗏기간이라 한숙소에서 쭉 있었는데 좋았습니다. 다만 뗏기간 관리인이 없어서 중간에 청소를 못해서 좀 아쉬웠지만 어쩔수없죠 호스트분 친절하시고 응답도 빨라서 좋았어요. 다음에 기회가 되면 또 오겠습니다.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Airbnb hatte eine perfekte Lage, sie war etwas ruhiger gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Wie fast alle vietnamesischen Unterkünfte war die Wohnung etwas hellhörig. Aber das ist normal.

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

The room was clean, cozy and the wifi was strong. Perfect for both work and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and easy and the location was convenient with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was super friendly and helpful, always quick to respond Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

The host (Huy aka Robert) was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was as advertised. Beautiful view from the 20th floor of the building. The apartment was very well-equipped so i didn’t need to buy much else. There are plenty of shops, restaurants nearby so not a problem if you don’t like cooking your own food.

Phuong was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Her accommodation was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The location was central and convenient. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on my next trip. Thank you!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Overall perfect stay. 10/10 Exceptionally clean, modern, very friendly communication. Although its not right in district 1, its still central and only takes a few minutes to get there. The building is new and modern. Has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants outside of the building. Super helpful and kind hosts. Helped us send something to us that we have forgotten in the apartment. Has a nice pool with views to the river, as well as gym and sauna, but needs face verification to enter, so i guess its only for longterm guests. Would come back again anytime.

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!
