Cornwall has many lovely character properties and many with wonderful views, but very few with both! This is a spendid ‘upside down’ ancient barn, with a spacious, light and airy double height living room, with well-equipped kitchen area on the first floor, taking advantage of the amazing views. Two cosy bedrooms, modern shower room and all-important boot/ utility room are on the ground floor. The decor is stylish and simple, with excellent quality fittings and linens. Located on the SWCP popular with walkers the pet-friendly property has a fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, bedroom, bathroom, double sofa bed in the living room as well as a small outdoor area for relaxing or dining. It also boasts its own private parking space. Perfect for exploring beautiful North Cornwall and beyond all-year round

Easy walk to the village, shops. cafes, restaurants and pubs. Also The Old Post Office, King Arthurs castle, stunning cliff and valley walks. And surfing beaches a short drive away. Local host with an abundance of local knowledge. The Castle can be accessed on foot or a land rover service operates up and down the hill for the less mobile. The castle can also be seen by walking the flat path behind the church. King Arthur’s Halls of Chivalry are worth a visit with its stunning round table.

Cabin Beaver is our beautiful bespoke built wriggly tin shepherds hut at Beaver Cottages, ideally located for walkers of the South West Coast Path just two fields away, or glampers and visitors looking to visit historic Tintagel and the amazing bridge, or here to enjoy the gorgeous Trebarwith Strand surfing beach, both within walking distance. A separate bathroom and utility room are just a short walk down the drive. The hut can also be used as an extra bedroom for our two holiday lets.

The spacious apartment occupies the ground floor of this 150 year old building and retains the original beams while having a modern feel. There is also an allocated parking space - gold dust in the summer months! Dog friendly too!
