This was one of the best places to stay if you are visiting Albania. It is a perfect location with an amazing beach view and everything is just close by. Lots of food, supermarkets near the place. The room itself was very neat and well Maintained. Definitely worth the pay.

It was a fantastic stay at Ivo's apartment. Sea facing balcony, perfect apartment with all amenities, stunning sceneries around, happening market place and restaurants right below the apartment (Restaurant Pileta), exquisite sea beeches made it a perfect getaway. Added to all this Ivo's very friendly and helpful nature, responsiveness and guidance made the overall experience unforgettable. Also to mention that Albania is a great country and has a lot to offer for tourists. Pristine beeches with turquoise blue water with plenty of Restaurants and Bars alongside make it an exotic holiday destination. In terms of general public, Albanians people were helpful and polite. Visited Durres , Golem beeches. Went on a drive to Gamti mountain / Bovilla lake. Every location was worth it. Overall an absolutely fantastic stay. Will certainly visit Albania again and stay at Ivo's apartment. Highly recommended.

Egnisa’s place was amazing with stunning views which made me fall in love with Durres. She is extremely responsive.Apartment is right by the beach, you can enjoy the sun from the balcony overlooking the beach. We took long walks down the beach , get back to the apartment and go downstairs for a meal. It’s conveniently located. There is an entire band of different restaurants by the seaside (downstairs from the apartment). Amazing restaurants with different pricing ranges that will suit everyone’s budget and experienced the friendliest people.There are many grocery shops “markets” where you can buy food to cook, souvenirs, alcohol,etc, Egnisa has an equipped kitchen so we could also make our own meals on some days. I would recommend Egnisa’s place to anyone visiting Durres.

Fantastisk lejlighed. Elskede min morgenkaffe på balkonen med udsigt over havet. Det samme med solnedgangen. Lejligheden har alt det vi som familie manglede. Superhurtigt wifi, hvilket vores børn elsker. Vi ankom 30 minutter senere end vi havde aftalt, fordi der var problemer med at få vores lejebil. Selv om vi ankom 23:30 blev vi modtaget hjerteligt. Vores værter var fantastiske. Vi har kun godt at sige. Vores bedste anbefalinger til kommende gæster.

Top Lage, wunderbarer Ausblick vom Balkon, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, Obst und Gemüseverkäufer jeden Morgen vor dem Haus, Strand in 50m entfernt. Mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Echt klasse, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub :-)

Was an absolute pleasure of a stay. In short: -Is exactly like the photos -Xhoana is super responsive -Less than 5 minute walk from the beach -Beyond accomodating (Xhoana was happy to fulfill my request of a larger burner in order to book the unit) -Offered my mother a neighbouring unit when she came to visit, making the trip that much more lovely All in all, fantastic hospitality and in a great area at that, couldn't recommend more 🙏🏽

Alloggio pulito e in ordine a un minuto dalla spiaggia . Luka è stato gentilissimo e disponibile sempre attento alle nostre necessità. Torneremo sicuramente . super consigliato

Shkenca is a great host and very responsive host. She took care of any issues as soon as they arose. The apartment is specious, warm and has a private balcony with a yard.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in grundsätzlich gepflegter Anlage. Wir waren am Ende der Saison da, so dass es sehr wenig andere Gäste in dem Valamar-Komplex gab und der Strand abschnittsweise verwahrlost wirkte (Müllproblem). Es waren immerhin noch zwei Restaurants geöffnet, so dass wir auch abends versorgt waren, wenngleich die Küche im Apartment auch alle Möglichkeiten zur Selbstverpflegung bietet. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt.

Amazing place, seconds from the beach (and a bar that does very good cocktails). Excellent in all areas, in an excellent area. Host is very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Thanks again and can’t wait to come back!

Wij hebben met 6 man een geweldige tijd gehad, Een lekker diep zwembad en mooie locatie dicht bij het strand. De villa zelf is mooi en ruim en zeer geschikt om met 5 stelletjes te verblijven. De foto’s van de villa spreken voor zich. Erg tevreden en komen graag een keer terug! ~ Rick veenstra

franc was very helpful he helped me and my family to find the apartment he provided me with a lot of information which made it very easy and simple Hause is big can host until 8 people and air conditioner in both rooms was amazing very big + the location was max 5 min until the beach by walking and supermarkets near and local markets just in the under the apartment very clean and peaceful. I would recommend to other people AHH yes WiFi was strong as for the TV I did not had time to even open it there is a lot to do outside. best wishes 🥰

Raimonda's cosy place, is een heel fijn plekje. Alles is aanwezig. Heel fijne bedden, en een fijne plek buiten. Vlakbij het strand en een paar leuke restaurants. Heel groene omgeving. De communicatie verliep prettig en snel.

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand gelegen, Balkon mit Meerblick. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Saimen ist ein top Gastgeber. Er hat und bei allen Fragen und Problemen sofort geholfen. Keine Minute mussten wir auf eine Antwort warten. Er hat uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Vielen Dank für alles!

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.

Communication was excellent. We were met at apartment and our bags carried upstairs which was really nice. The apartment was perfect and bed, bedding was so comfortable. Location was the best. We had a small problem with coffee Machine and help was with us within minutes. We loved this place and would highly recommend it

Wir hatten einen kurzen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser sauberen Wohnung. Marinas Vater nahm uns herzlich in Empfang. Es gab es einen Begrüßungssnack und einen praktischen Kaffeeautomaten mit Kapseln. Die vielen Pflanzen ließen uns sofort heimisch fühlen und trugen zur gemütlichen Atmosphäre bei. Der Balkon bot eine interessante Aussicht auf die einheimischen Innenhöfe und einen seitlichen Blick aufs Meer. Wir konnten einen der wenigen Parkplätze hinter einer Schranke ergattern. Da wir während unseres Aufenthalts nicht fahren mussten, stand unser Auto sicher. Wir sind in die Altstadt gelaufen und der Weg dauerte nicht länger als mit dem Auto. Im April waren die Restaurants gerade dabei zu eröffnen. Den Strand hatten wir noch fast für uns alleine. An der Promenade direkt vor der Haustür wurde noch gebaut, aber das störte uns nicht weiter. Man fand sportliche Angebote vor. Die Kommunikation mit Marina war super zuverlässig. Sie war sehr gut organisiert und hatte viele Tipps für uns.
