Private ,quiet studio with own bathroom,kitchenette which has fridge,microwave, toaster, jug and dishes.You also have your own private patio facing the garden and very private. Lots of shops around us and walking distance to the supermarket, cafes and banks. There are also lovely restaurants on our street, you name it, its here. If coming to Auckland, check us out, you will not be disappointed. Bus stop just outside our gate, to the city centre or airport .

A 6 minute walk to Glen Eden train station and easy access to all that west Auckland has to offer. Explore the Waitakere Ranges; the rugged west coast beaches; or any of the walking or biking tracks nearby. Business travellers also find the location agreeable when needing to stay out of town. The unit includes a king size bed, ensuite, kitchen and lounge. Dining could be outside in the private covered area, enjoying the peaceful birdsongs. This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Compact, purpose-built self-contained studio in Woodlands Park Titirangi, with a deck overlooking our lovely tranquil garden. There is a king-sized bed that can be separated into twin beds. We are located perfectly for access to Auckland’s West Coast beaches and the Waitakere Regional Park with its spectacular hills and forests and delightful Titirangi Village. Central Auckland is only 25 mins drive away. The Punga studio is small, but with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
