My place is close to Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor and Budva with spectacular view from the Bay of Kotor and Lepetane.. You’ll love my place because of Completely new appartment with large living room and bar. The appartment has been built new on the existing farmhouse where life cattle (Mountain Goats gaze at you when you enter or exit the appartment, Chickens, Cats and a Dog), surrounded by Olive Trees, Chi-pack, Dark and White Figues, Oranges & Tomatoes, vegetable garden, etc. etc.

Gina house is located in a small picturesque village of Kakrc. The small village is filled with old stone houses, and surrounded by water. The heart of house is its terrace that sits right on the water, overlooking the beautiful Mount Lovćen. Kakrc is located in a prime location on Luštica Peninsula. it is 20 min away from Tivat and Kotor where you can go out and explore, shop, enjoy the local cuisine, but also close to some of the most beautiful beaches Montenegro has to offer.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
