Only 2 hours driving from either Tauranga, Rotorua or Gisborne - a good resting point. Lovely quiet cottage set on lifestyle block with many chickens and sheep. 3 minutes driving to fabulous Waiotahi beach and only 10 minutes into Opotiki for cafes and shopping. Peace and tranquility - leave the city behind.

Surrounded by the bush, our unique cosy studio is a welcome retreat. Breakfast and good coffee is provided for our guests. Situated at the top of a hill with good views. We are within walking distance to the beautiful Nga Tapuwai o Toi walking track, 5 mins drive to Ohope beach and Whakatane town. Listen to the call of native birds, including Kiwi. Plenty of off street parking. Within walking distance to the town center and the newly-built skate park, it’s also conveniently located to beaches, fishing, and the famous Motu cycle trail.
