Add to that a woodfire pizza oven, fire pit, BBQ, dartboard and outdoor games, and there’s seemingly no need to venture beyond the garden gate.... except the beach - only 200m away!

Our Guest Studio is a separate wing of our home, with private entrance, courtyard, and is flooded with natural light - the perfect spot to base yourself for a Surf Coast getaway! A quick 5 minute drive takes you into Torquay town centre & it's beautiful beaches. ****4 night minimum from 22 Dec, 2026 through to 11 Jan, 2027. If your stay is longer than 4 days, our housekeepers will arrive on the 4th day to re-set the studio****

Large king bed, bunk room, fold out queen koala sofa & two single fold out occasional chairs. Both Bathroom have 2 showers 2 toilets. ( dormitory style bathrooms ) Modern kitchen with appliances.
