The Villa sleeps up to 14 guests across 7 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms. The home also has 2 spacious sitting rooms, a newly installed kitchen/dining room, and its very own bar. Outside, this stunning property boasts an outside swimming pool and relaxing open-air hot tub. The villa has parking for up to 4 vehicles.

This family home has a games/cinema room, dining room and kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sunny south-west facing garden including a 10m x 5m swimming pool(open April - Sept). It is a 15 min walk to Meadfoot beach and a 7 min walk to Anstey's cove. There is a small high street with a supermarket, a deli, a pub, a post office and some more shops and restaurants a 5 minute walk from the house and its a 20 minute walk to the town and harbour.

Self contained accommodation close to Dartmoor

Hartford Dairy is an annex next to our home. It is a cosy one bedroom, self contained space providing great accommodation for a couple or single traveller with its own parking space for one car. We are conveniently situated close to Dartmoor for beautiful scenery and walks and also within easy access to the coast, Exeter, Plymouth and Torbay. A village pub and Post Office/store are within walking distance. Our nearest town is Bovey Tracey and Ashburton is also an approximate 10 minute drive.

The apartment is private with its own front door, an outside courtyard and the pool a stroll away that looks over the sea and our three acres of garden to relax in. It is ideally located for exploring the beautiful South Hams.
