This is apartment A, on the ground floor with side access 3 stairs up from the driveway or front door with 10 stairs . A short walk to the beach and restaurants with one dedicated parking space, use of two strand bikes, gas barbecue grill, and shared backyard space.

(No smoking or parties of any kind please) (There is another unit above you and even though Quite a lot of money was spent trying to fix it, it did not work 100%. You can’t still hear some noise.)
