Es ist auf einem grünen Privatgrundstück ,mit direktem Zugang zum Strand über einen privaten Aufzug oder Treppe. Der große Schwimmbad verfügt auch über Meerblick . Es ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum und 10 Minuten vom Flughafen(Zug)
