We had a fantastic stay! The unit was spotlessly clean, smelled great, and I didn’t see a single insect the whole time—which isn’t always the case in other places. What I really loved was the PS4 and the huge TV, a real standout compared to other units I’ve stayed in. The owner was super responsive and made everything easy. Check-in was hassle-free, and all the necessary information was provided right away. It was a smooth, comfortable experience overall, and I’ll definitely be booking this place again in the future!

Straightforward details from the owner; organized coordination and everything was as expected from an AirBnB at this price range. Household provisions are more than enough for a short stay like mine. I just needed a place to stay overnight for a business engagement in the area the next day and this was in an accessible, Grab-friendly area.

This is our third time booking Nordic Homes by Mam Nerie. Different unit this time as we want to experience another Nordic home unit. This time the unit was more spacious and with more kitchen stuff however there was no coffee maker unlike the other Nordic home where we previously stayed. Also, we hope the game consoles here will be improved too so we can play longer not having to connect direct from the power source. battery gets drained fast. Nevertheless, its still a great experience at a very affordable rate. I will look forward to our next stay!

Have a great experienced with our 2 night stay in Tagaytay on their lovely unit with balcony!. We rested well and the unit located in 19th floor. We'll surely comeback!

Victoria is responsive and accommodating. Easy to communicate with. Place is accessible, private and clean. Will definitely consider her unit again. Thank you for making us comfortable while being away from home even for a day rental.

Great place to stay in, the room was clean, the owner is very responsive. The overall experience was top notch. The only thing i had a thing with is that the place was quite far from the different entertainment places, although if you're willing to spend a little more for transportation or if you have your own vehicle it is worth the stay.

같은 건물의 다른 숙소와 비교 해 봤을때 공간은 충분히 크고 좋았으나 제공하는 이불이 너무 얇고, 충분하지 않았고, 세탁기가 없어서 조금 불편하였습니다.

Loved our little staycation! The room was cozy, the service was friendly, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. It was exactly what we needed without having to travel far. Highly recommend for a quick local getaway!

The place is nice. The host is accommodating, helpful and communicate well with all request. The place is walking distance to Southwoods mall. Accessible to restaurants and other stores.

The place is peaceful and clean. What we saw in the pictures were the same with what we expected

Sa tagal tagal kong nagstaycation, 1st time ko naka experiencr ng hassle free, hindi na kailangan pumila ng mahaba sa lobby or reception. I love the place bagay sa mga introvert na katulad ko. 1 feedback lang siguro sa mismong pine suite, hindi nasusunod yung allowed lang mag stay sa playground until 7pm, may mga batang nagsisigawan kasi from 10pm onwards sa mismong playground

We had a good time in Michelle's place. We had a good night's sleep because the place was very comfortable and homey. There's a mall beside the condo which has a supermarket and a lot of restos. We will definitely book this place again.

Great value for money

Its our 2nd time and same as the first, it give us the homey feeling to rest and relax after our hard day work. We are now ready for the holy week travel

This place was great and I’m so glad to stay here for 3 weeks when I was in the Philippines. This place is clean, the environment was cozy and minimalist. What amazes us so much is how friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating the staff are. This place is truly a rare find. My kids loved the place and like they don't want to leave. Ann is very easy to talk to and responsive. Her place is well maintained and complete with what we need during our stay. We had an amazing stay. We are tempted to come back.

Very cozy and quiet room, hosts are very responsive to questions, and location is very accessible and the check in is very easy. Great place for quick getaways without breaking the bank.
