We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. Our wonderful village St Mabyn is approx 1 mile, has a community shop, post office and a recommended pub serving great food with a friendly welcoming atmosphere.
