Just moments from the beach, it offers a private and comfortable retreat with home-style amenities, including a fully equipped kitchenette, lounge w/ TV, bathroom with washing machine & a huge yard with a barbecue. The flat also features a double bed and a separate bedroom with a king bed and space for an extra single mattress if requested.

Our lovely hideaway is just a stones throw to the beach, simply walk across the road to the beautiful nature reserve. Turn left and walk to the beach or turn right to hike up the hill to the beautiful trails and lookouts. If you're feeling lazy there's no need to leave at all, the house is extremely comfortable with a spalike balinese feel. Relax on the private front deck, or take a dip in the garden fringed pool. Bateau Bay is ideal for snorkelling, swimming and has a world class surf break.

Our house is situated at the back of the property in case you need anything. Great for couples, solo adventurers, or business travellers.

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Please note the our place is cleaned by a certified cleaner where the upmost care is taken to ensure you feel confident that hygienic procedures have been followed.
