New Balturk Earth House brings together forest and lake views with a special design that will surprise you! Our private villa offers a comfortable stay with a thoughtfully designed interior and garden. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a large living room, and a bathroom. You will find everything you need, like kitchen tools, a fireplace, a smart TV, and fast unlimited Wi-Fi. There is also a large private garden with a swimming pool that you can use all year round.

Büyük şehir, tatil köyü yada otel konforu arayanların mutlu olacağı bir yer değil daha çok kafa dinleme ve dinginlik isteyenlerin çok mutlu olacaklarına inanıyorum. Örümcek, karınca vs korkusu olanlarda gelmesin çünkü biz onların yerlerini işgal ettiklerimizi bilsin. Not: malum ülkemizin koşullarında artık kış sezonunda odunu malesef ücretili yaptık.

Our stone house which is among olive garden is away from city noise and crowded. It has unique terraces where you can watch sunrise and sunset easily.

This newly completed stone and wood villa is in a tranquil and peaceful setting in the lovely village of Üzümlü surrounded by grapevines, olive, fig, orange, lemon and pomegranate trees. There are wonderful views of the Taurus mountains from the villa. Üzümlü has several shops, cafes and restaurants just a short walk from the villa. The harbour town of Kalkan, with it's many shops and restaurants is just a 10 minute drive away.
