I loved my time at Villa Kaya. Renato and Teresa were wonderful hosts, super responsive before and during my stay. They were more than happy to answer any questions that I had, give me local recommendations, etc. They also helped arrange airport pickup and dropoff for me. There were instructions at the property for everything from wifi to local restaurants. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. It was very well stocked and i didn't find a single thing missing. All the amenities listed where provided. It was really amazing to have the Golf cart, a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella for getting around to the islands amazing beaches. Sunrise each morning was fabulous. The beach at the Villa is so quiet, I only saw 3 people the whole 10 days I was there. Some reviews mentioned bad seaweed on the beach, that was not my experience. There was some buildup of dry seaweed/seagrass on the beach and a little bit in the water, but it was still great for swimming and relaxing.

This place is amazing! Super clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Bikes included were perfect for getting around for the week. Located approx 5 min walk from a beautiful beach in a quiet neighbourhood. Frequent visits by local donkeys and horses due to the fruit tree in the front! Hosts were helpful and responsive. Already planning our next visit! Highly recommend booking this place if you are considering it.

The best way to describe my experience was “when you’re here you’re family.” Ed and Faith Anne were amazing hosts who made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. As a solo traveler this was really important to me and I felt like family immediately. They were readily available when I needed them and respected my privacy. The unit was very cute and clean and came complete with a friendly guard dog :) It was located right across from a gorgeous beach and having the golf cart was priceless. I had a great time exploring the island and went on a super fun snorkel trip with the host’s excursion company. I highly recommend staying here and would go back just so I could hang with Ed and Faith Anne again!

Lori and Hugh's place was so perfect for our stay in Grand Turk! The place was very spacious, bed was comfortable and the view was breathtaking! Lori was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! We ordered Fajitas from them and it was AMAZING! Everything was home made and delicious! We rented a golf cart from Bon Voyage and there was tons of parking! Highly recommend visiting Margaritaville! The donkeys and dogs on the island are a huge bonus and very friendly! Thank you so much for making our stay special and making us feel at home! We had amazing time in Grand Turk! Melanie & Tyler

This is our second time staying at the The Reef House penthouse. It was fantastic and was as lovely as the first time. You truly feel like you’re staying on waters edge. We traveled with our adult children and granddaughter. The Penthouse was large enough to accommodate all of us but we rented the South apartment on ground level of Reef House for a little extra room. I adore the island of Grand Turk and the pace of the island. If you like lots of night life, you might reconsider and go to a larger island. We still had several options for dinner and our favorite both trips was Archers Ridge (make a reservation & transportation required). Walkable from Charlotte’s, The Turks head Inn, The Sandbar, Caicos Cafe, Taco bar and the Osprey hotel. We enjoyed cooking fresh caught fish and grilling out the most. Thanks Charlotte for another great trip!

Everything about Reef House lived up to our expectations. From the place being exactly as depicted in pictures and print to the very empty and exceptionally beautiful beaches, all this made for an incredible stay. We used almost everything available: snorkels, floats, cushioned deck chairs and umbrellas on the beach, kayaks - all items were great to have and added so much to our experience. Being right on the ocean was so fantastic it's hard to put into words. If you've never done it, do it here-it's totally worth it! Charlotte was great to communicate with and was very responsive when we had a few questions. We had no issues with the North apartment at all. If you are looking at Reef House and debating on if you should go for it, we encourage you to do so-you will not be disappointed with the house, amenities and best of all the ocean!

Definitely enjoyed myself at this listing! This place felt like home and it was easy for us to be comfortable. I’ve already recommended it to our friends, and I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I’m back in Grand Turk.

Great place to stay when on Salt Cay. They made sure to pick me up at the airport when I arrived, provided fresh drinkable water, even helped me with all my personal tasks that I wanted to do on the island. Much appreciated.

Great location with beautiful views. Well accompanied kitchen and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed 7 nights at Crabtree #3 and loved it. You can’t beat the clean white sand beach & crystal blue waters in your front yard! And best snorkeling on island with puffer fish, octopus, barracuda & lots of colorful fish even in waist-deep water. We saw 3 other people on the beach the entire time. House was wonderful!!!- only the bedrooms are air conditioned and living room gets hot (and we’re from Texas). Restaurants are “ok” and pricey. Cooked most meals, but grocery store is pricey - $10 butter, $7 shredded chz. Rented a golf cart which is needed IMO. WiFi is fast (I had to work). On scuba dive - my 13 yr old saw a 12’ Hammerhead at 90’ & loved “the wall.” He caught a 15 lb blue fin tuna, smaller mackerel, alabacore and two barracuda. Typically catch ~10 fish on deep sea fishing trips but happy. Local dogs & donkeys are friendly. We felt safe - slept with doors open / screens locked. Overall the most peaceful vacation ever!

This was my 2nd time staying at this location and I love it. it is the lost convenient location on Salt Cay. Debbie is wonderful and knows the island better than anyone, she can guide you with anything you need. She is a great host.
