A great experience at Nicola’s place, you have all you need for a great stay, and the location is just perfect, not to mention the reactivity of the host in solving problems quickly and giving valuable suggestions. The price is fair compared to the average in Cyprus.

The apartment was spotless and beautifully modern—exactly as pictured, if not better. The attention to detail in the amenities really stood out—everything was in perfect condition and clearly very well taken care of. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every corner of the space felt thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. Communication with the host was smooth, responsive, and welcoming. Overall, this was a pleasant stay, and I would 100% book again without hesitation!

Zarko is a great communicator, and very helpful. The apartment is great just as described, and the location was very good. Some of the beaches are spectacular. We had a great time despite the weather being windy and a bit variable but that's only to be expected so early in the year. We certainly hope to visit again.

I have already had several very positive experiences with Airbnb, but what Antonis offers is on an even higher level. The apartment was fully equipped, very clean, and exactly what we expected. The place is very quiet despite its fantastic location in Ayia Napa. Antonis is exceptionally helpful and friendly; we felt very well taken care of, which allowed us to enjoy our vacation even more. For the first time, I am personally recommending this place and this host to my friends and family because the whole experience made such a good impression on me. I recommend it 100%!

George è stato un host perfetto ed è stato facile comunicare con lui: consigliatissimo. Appartamento ampio e luminoso, posto in una zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere il centro in auto. Eravamo in sei, abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ed è stato piacevole cenare in casa anche se abbiamo trovato soltanto cinque piatti e una pentola troppo piccola per sei persone.

From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless – the check-in process was smooth, the apartment was spotless, and every detail had been thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The space itself is modern, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped with everything you could need. The living area is cozy yet spacious, the kitchen has all the essentials for home-cooked meals, and the bedroom is a perfect retreat with a comfortable bed and high-quality linens. The WiFi was fast and reliable, making it great for both work and leisure. The location is unbeatable! Situated in a vibrant yet peaceful neighborhood, it offers easy access to the city. Public transport is nearby, but even walking around the area was a delight. One of the highlights was the host’s hospitality always available, incredibly helpful, and eager to ensure a wonderful stay.

L’alloggio di Rena ha una posizione invidiabile, in pieno centro, e permette di visitare tutti i luoghi di interesse a piedi. L’appartamento all’interno è perfetto per due persone e c’è tutto quello di cui ha necessità. La strada su cui si affaccia l’alloggio è un po’ trafficata. Prenoterò sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Nicosia

In Andy's place you will find the calm and peace that is not often found in Nicosia. The house is located in a quiet street away from the crowds and traffic, you will not hear any noise day / night. Furthermore, its position makes it cool even during the hottest days. A 15 minute walk and you will be in the historic center. Andy has always been welcoming and available to our every request.

A wonderful place to stay and spend time peacefully. Mr. Alp and his family are excellent hosts. There were no problems. The apartment is in a quiet place and the noise of the city does not bother you at all. From the huge windows you can see the garden and in the distance you can see the sea, so the view is beautiful. The garden is very well maintained and there is plenty of space to sit under the trees. There is also a table and tables on the terrace, so you can have breakfast and look at nature. At all: - the sincere friendliness of the owner and his family - clean large apartment with a balcony and a view of the garden and the sea - there is everything you need for a long stay - trees with some interesting fruits - quiet - air conditioning in all rooms - excellent bed linen and quite good mattresses and beds - plenty of parking space - parking lot Thank Mr. Alp and wish you all the best!

Where to begin! This is the 3rd time we've stayed at 1 of Lora's places in the last 3 months, the 2nd time at this apartment. It's like the Airbnb that just keeps on giving! Firstly, the property is super 5 star, everything in it is of the highest quality, it's impeccably clean and perfectly placed within easy walking distance of downtown Larnaca. The views are simply stunning, even if the weather isn't hot, it's an apartment for all seasons, you can sit and chill because it's so peaceful & quiet, watching the 🌞 rise/set . If you don't fancy going to the beach, then there's a stunning nature walk to the salt lakes a few minutes away, fab restaurants as well as arguably the best ice cream shop in Larnaca! I booked this stay so my children could study for important exams as well as having a break. If we could have extended another wk we would have done, I can't recommend Lora highly enough. She's an extremely generous & professional host sharing her stunning home 5/5 ⭐ thanks Lora

We stayed for a week, it is a quiet area, walking distance to our points of interests and to the bus stop at the square. Apartment very well equipped with every little thing that you might need. And it is very suitable for a workation having 2 desks, which we used. Thank you for all the friendly and quick communication

Lovely new apartment, spa on site with indoor pool, sauna & gym included in the price. Beauty treatments & Hamam are extra & expensive. Large outdoor pool & jacuzzi. Skasia restaurant & bar 2 min walk, they have an outdoor pool for patrons on the seafront. Şengun supermarket is 3-4 minute walk. Bedroom: the bed has a very firm mattress. The balcony in January does not get the sun so it is cold. I sat outside the front door to get some sun. The wi-fi is great. If you want to do anything else you will need a car as the bus service only goes as far as Esentepe.

We really enjoyed our stay at Diana's apartment and felt right at home. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week in Cyprus. We used it as a base to go out a lot in the day and found it well located in the city, with shops, bakeries and good restaurants in easy walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace, with excellent views over the city and mountains, and jacuzzi hot tub which was the perfect way to relax in the sunshine and late night under the stars. The apartment is very light and airy, with lots of windows and great views in all directions. Diana and Bogdan were excellent hosts; impressively responsive and supportive during our stay and really went above and beyond - for example one AC heater had a technical problem, and they dispatched a new heater directly to us that day! We wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again, and would highly recommend them as Airbnb hosts. Thank you!
