A heated sunroom provides storage for outdoor gear. The cozy low-ceiling loft is roomy for two adults to sleep, but kids (2-3) will want to take it over as their private play/sleep space. The warm gas fireplace adds to the ambiance!

We are in the heart of the White Mountains and a quick 10 minute drive will lead you to dozens of trailheads, many river spots for swimming, and lots of forest roads for exploring.
