U gornjem spratu ima dve spavace sobe,kupatilo i terasa sa prelijepim pogledom .Kuca raspolaze sa 3 parking mjesta.

Das „Appartement Goga“ in der Altstadt von Ulcinj - hoch über dem Stadtstrand - wurde nach dem Erdbeben 1979 neu aufgebaut und 2020 komplett saniert. Das Interieur stellt eine Mischung aus traditionellem mediterranem Stil in Kombination mit modernem Landhausstil dar. Unsere Wohnung ist seit Generationen im Familienbesitz und auch jetzt noch unser Domizil für die schönsten Wochen im Jahr. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.
