Tasuline parkimine on tööpäeviti 8-18, muul ajal tasuta. Samuti meil tasuta kiire internet ning ligidal bussipeatus. Jalutage 5-minutit Riia mäest alla ja olete kohe kesklinnas! P.S. Tasteful 2-room apartment located in the brand new development on the 6th floor offering beautiful views of the river. Free parking in front of the house. A large grocery store is just a two-minute walk away, the city center a 5-minute drive away. Ideal location if you want to be close to the city centre, but a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment also has all the little amenities: from a coffee machine to a hairdryer. Come visit and you'll never want to leave!

Korteri lähedal väike metsatukk, kus saab ka natuke linnulaulu nautida ja jalutada. A great apartment with balcony. Not in the city center but Lõunakeskus with different stores, cinema and restaurants is very near (ca 10-15min walk). Also small forest, where it is very nice to have a little walk and enjoy a little bit of Estonian nature:)

The apartment is located 750 m from the center of Tartu and is in a new building. The apartment is located on the third floor. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home and well. The apartment comes with a free parking space in the heated garage under the building.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
