This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Please note the Grounds and external outdoor perimeter of The Barn is protected by CCTV TK Alarm Company. Please know this is a simple place. It once was out buildings, however you will find it warm and homely.

The Hen House Cottage

Hen House Cottage is a beautifully restored small barn in a picturesque rural setting 2 km from Dromore West, 10 minutes from the Wild Atlantic Ocean. Suitable for a couple or single occupancy, this charming, well-equipped cottage has a dutch-style box bed, shower and a small kitchen. It is totally self-contained - perfect for safe self-isolation in this unspoilt corner of the west of Ireland. Rent reduction negotiable for stays of 7+ nights - and ample changes of bed linen for longer stays.

This 150-year-old cottage has a large cosy open stone fire, 2 bedrooms, beautiful gardens and converted stone barn BBQ area. 10-minute walk from Atlantic Ocean, 1.5km from Dunmoran Strand, under 10-minute drive from Beach Bar, Aughris (thatched restaurant). World renowned surfing beaches at Easkey (19km) & Strandhill (27km), both under 30 mins by car. Enniscrone (30km) & Rosses Point (30km).

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

Our location makes an 'ideal base' to explore the North Coast’s top destinations before relaxing in your tranquil surroundings.
