Emre bey’in dairesi oldukça merkezi bir konumdaydı. Ulaşım konusunda hiç sıkıntı yaşamadım. Temizlik konusunda hassas olduğu çok belliydi. Bunların yanında süreç boyunca oldukça kibardı ve sorularıma hızlıca dönüş yaptı. Tekrar aynı yerde kalmak isterim.

The apartment was just as described and shown in the pictures. It is worth for the price. Location is great, walking distance to main sights. Finding a parking spot is impossible, but the host was helpful to arrange it. The host was super responsive and nice.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment in Ümraniye. The place was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is convenient, close to markets and public transportation. Ercan was an excellent host — very responsive, helpful, and flexible with check-in and check-out times. I truly felt at home during my stay. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Istanbul. Thank you, Ercan!

Ibrahim was personable, helpful, and responsive. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities I needed. A quiet and compact space, but may be a little difficult to work in or take work calls - some manoeuvring is required but it ultimately worked out for me. View from the rooftop was phenomenal; not too shabby either from the apartment balcony! Equipment in gym is a little old, but very comprehensive and kept clean.

İstanbul'a bir daha geldiğimiz zaman tereddüt etmeden geleceğimiz bir ev oldu kendisi. Buğra Bey gibi iyi birini de gerçekten bulmak zor olabilir. 🥰💖

The place is right in the middle of Şişli and so many restaurants to walk to. Gokan was absolutely amazing with recommendations and local knowledge. Even while I was out and needed help he would help me get to where I was going or recommend easier ways to get there, or better places.
