Emre bey’in dairesi oldukça merkezi bir konumdaydı. Ulaşım konusunda hiç sıkıntı yaşamadım. Temizlik konusunda hassas olduğu çok belliydi. Bunların yanında süreç boyunca oldukça kibardı ve sorularıma hızlıca dönüş yaptı. Tekrar aynı yerde kalmak isterim.

Öncelikle Ferhat bey ve eşi Ayşe hanıma ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim 3gunluk İstanbul ziyaretimizde her türlü konuda bizlere yardımcı oldular gece gündüz her türlü aramalarimiza ve msj larimiza anında dönüş yaptılar çok memnun kaldık.

Very responsive and helpful host. Did whatever he could to help out when needed even if he had to go out of his own way. Recommended great places too! Would stay again

We stayed for a month, our stay was really nice The apartment itself is a bit old with some issues but the host was really helpful and responsive The host was really nice, kind and understanding The apartment looks the same as the photos and in a calm area close to the bus station which helped a lot Overall the kindness of people made our stay amazing even the neighbors were really nice ,caring and helpful Would definitely book again

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! Herşey çok güzeldi

Ev ve bahçesi çok güzeldi biraz eksik kaldığı nokta banyo kısmı olabilir onun haricinden her şey çok güzeldi herkesten uzak ve etrafı tamamen kapalı huzurlu bir ortamı var

Appartement propre et confortable, super bien situé dans le quartier Yeldeğirmeni de Kadikoy, qui est bien vivant, plein de cafés et restaurants, mais beaucoup plus tranquille que le sud de Kadikoy. L'appartement est à moins de 10 minutes à pied de plusieurs stations de métro, et de l'embarcadère des ferries. Hakan est un hôte très sympathique et disponible, qui s'assure vraiment que tout se passe bien pour vous tout au long du séjour. Bref, je recommande totalement le choix de cet appartement, pour un séjour magique à Istanbul 🙂

Ev gerçekten resimlerdeki gibi güzel. Yataklar ve çarşaflar temizdi. Televizyon internete bağlıydı youtube ve netflix var. Keyifli vakit geçirdim gene geleceğim. Teşekkürler Mehmet Bey.

Buket’s place was delightful! It felt like a home away from home very quickly and is very well stocked. During our stay here, we got to see a quieter, more residential side of Istanbul — at the Airbnb, we cooked, attempted a 1000-piece puzzle, and had a restful time. We also visited Buket at her shop on Heybeliada, one of the Prince’s Islands. She is super helpful and very friendly and we were so happy to meet her in person. Would definitely recommend this one for solo travellers or couples looking to have a quiet break while in Istanbul. Hope to be back one day!

Çok kibar ve elinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalışan biri. Evler temiz ve güzel.

Wir waren mehr als begeistert, als wir die Unterkunft und das Zimmer betreten haben. Alles sah aus wie auf den Bildern! Zudem war alles sehr sauber, das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Praktischerweise gibt es noch einen Kiosk und ein kleines Café im Untergeschoss der Unterkunft. Ein zusätzlich großer Pluspunkt waren der Pool und die Sauna, die ebenso sehr sauber waren. Ich würde diese Unterkunft - vor allem für diesen Preis - immer wieder weiterempfehlen.

Our family of six absolutely loved our stay at Sinan's spacious apartment in Istanbul! The generous layout provided ample room for everyone, and the fully-equipped accommodation offered everything needed for an ideal city getaway. The location is truly exceptional - just minutes from the metro station and a short stroll to the tram line that takes you directly to the city center. Convenience is key with several small supermarkets literally steps from the front door. Sinan proved to be an outstanding host. His responsiveness was impressive, even when we arrived late in the evening. His kindness extended to arranging airport transportation for our departure, which made our trip ending stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this magnificent city!

İlk defa ainbnb ile bi yerde konaklama yaptım ama son derece herşey yolunda ve güzel gitti, Nuri bey çok iyi çok dost canlısı ve son derece dakik birisiydi. Giriş yapacağımız gün erken giriş yapmak istedik uzaktan geldiğimiz için ,bize çok yardımcı oldu evimiz dediğimiz saatte hazırdı, ancak biz erken gelemedik 😅 bir daha istanbula geldiğimde kesinlikle tekrar kaalmak isteyeceğim bir yer , muhit olarak yeri çok iyi önünde metro istasyonu var , ev temiz düzenli ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz herşey vardı , bir şeye ihtiyaç duyduğumuzda hiç çekinmeden rahatlıklar ulaşabileceğimiz bir ev sahibimiz vardı , herşey için teşekkrünediyoruz Nuri beye 🙏🏻☺️

Erhan has been a great host and provided easy and straightforward instructions and advice. Was very responsive to our questions and requests too. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in a homely environment instead of a hotel.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Everything was perfect, very cool apartment, amazing location, great communication from özra & it had everything we needed. Great value for money and we will likely stay here again when we are back in Istanbul.
