Fantastic place! Comfortable bed, nice shower with high end products. One of the best host you could have. Super clean. Hip decor. Up a decent amount of stairs just FYI. Maybe a twenty minute walk to the center. Loved it!

Pros: The place was really nice, and the terrace was definitely a highlight. The natural light in the apartment was also awesome, it made the space feel really bright and airy. If you're working remotely, the internet is fast and reliable, which was a big plus for me. Sasa was a great host – super responsive and easy to get in touch with. The coffee machine was a nice touch too! If you're driving, weekly parking costs around 23 euros. It can be tricky to find a free spot, but it’s not impossible. Cons: The apartment could’ve been cleaner. It wasn’t terrible, but a bit more attention to detail wouldn’t hurt. Also, the apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. I didn’t mind it, but if you’ve got heavy luggage, it could be a bit of a challenge.

Very cozy, clean and modern apartment. Equipped with everything you need. Located in a new area, next to a supermarket, cafe and a beautiful view from the balcony to the mountains. Goran was always in touch. There were no problems with check-in. I recommend!

Great place. Ivana replies quickly, and she is very flexible and communicative. The house was very clean, the apartment is new, beautifully decorated. There is everything you need. We also appreciate the self-check-in, because we arrived at the apartment very late. The area is safe, private parking. I recommend it to everyone, both the apartment and the host. Thank you!

Das Appartment hat genau unseren Anforderungen entsprochen: saubere Unterkunft, kein unnötiger Schnickschnack, zentral gelegen, so dass wir alle Hotspots gut erreichen konnten. 5 Sterne !!!! Vielen Dank!!

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

La casa è bellissima, corrisponde alle foto pubblicate, ma dal vivo e’ ancora più bella. L’abbiamo trovata pulitissima, e davvero super accessoriata, dal robot aspirabriciole a tutti gli utensili possibili per la cucina, tantissimi piatti, tazze, bicchieri, coltelli di ogni tipo, c’è perfino il capouccinatore. L’idromassaggio e’ meraviglioso. La posizione e’ davvero ottima per raggiungere in pochissimo tempo tutte le spiagge dell’isola. A 5’ di auto ci sono tanti supermercati molto forniti. Thomas dell’agenzia immobiliare è gentilissimo e davvero disponibile, e la proprietaria altrettanto. Davvero un soggiorno 5 stelle! Davvero un soggiorno

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön mit einer unbeschreiblich schönen Aussicht auf das Meer vom Balkon und sogar vom Bett aus. Das Haus besitzt einen direkten Eingang zum Fußweg am Meer und hat einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der schöne Paclenica Nationalpark ist nur wenige Minunten entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits très agréable. Evjezdana a été très accueillante, nous a recommandé restaurants et activités. L'appartement est très confortable, refait à neuf, très propre et très bien équipé. La literie est particulièrement confortable. Merci, nous reviendrons.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und sieht in echt sogar noch besser aus als auf den Bildern! Es gibt alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht. Der Pool ist beheizt und daher immer nutzbar - zudem ist das Meer ja ohnehin direkt nebenan. Der Gastgeber war super nett, proaktiv und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen, das ganze Haus gezeigt und mit Tipps zur Seite gestanden. Insgesamt war die Villa jeden Cent wert!

Wir haben 14 angenehme Tage im September bei Mate in der großen, modernen Wohnung verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön. Es war sehr entspannt. Mate hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Perfekte Lage. Schön ruhig, nur 5 Gehminuten zu 2 unterschiedlichen Stränden. Auch nur 20 Minuten um zu Fuß in die Alt-Stadt von RAB zu gehen.

Ok so it is small. But the use of space is so efficient that it works perfectly! There are lots of places to store things. And Ivan provides everything you could need - soap, towels, shampoo, cooking items. But what’s really great is Ivan. He came to meet me at the train station and waited when my train was late. He drove me to the flat and carried my suitcase up the stairs for me. Showed me where everything was and told me about stores and restaurants in the area. And the area is great! I felt perfectly safe and I am traveling as a solo female. Lots of bakeries, stores and restaurants close by. And within easy walking distance of all the museums and sights. Tram stops close by although I never even used them. And at the end of my stay Ivan gave me a late checkout and picked me up and drove me to the bus. I can’t say enough about this place. Definitely worth the money!

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons su que nous avions fait le bon choix ! L'appartement de Gordana est parfait. On s'y sent instantanément comme à la maison. Il est propre, spacieux, décoré avec goût, moderne et chaleureux. Chaque détail est pensé pour notre confort. Ce qui nous a impressionnés, c'est l'attention portée aux petites choses : du shampoing à l'huile d'olive, tout est fourni généreusement. Nous avions également à disposition deux serviettes de bain chacun. L'emplacement est imbattable, à quelques pas du pont menant à la vieille ville de Zadar. Nous avons tout exploré à pied facilement. Le stationnement dans la rue était relativement facile surtout après 17h (en avril, cela pourrait être différent en haute saison). Le quartier regorge de commodités : commerces et restaurants à proximité. Gordana, notre hôte, a été extrêmement réactive et disponible. Si vous cherchez un pied-à-terre idéal pour explorer Zadar, ne cherchez plus.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

It was an amazing host, she handle all little fixes fast so the steady was amazing, renewed and so clean, it is near an store, taking the tram is not an issue which is the best way of moving, host always asks if all things are okay

Super Lage, direkt am Strand, in einem schönen historischen Haus. Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die wunderschöne Altstadt ist zu Fuß nach einem kurzen Spaziergang oder auch für 2€ mit einem Taxiboot sehr leicht zu erreichen. Katrine ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, der Kontakt war sehr gut. Wir haben viele Tipps und Empfehlungen für entlegene Strände oder tolle Restaurants und Freizeitangebote erhalten, die unseren Aufenthalt sehr bereichert haben.
