I did a booking on behalf of my wife and her friends for a few nights at the villa and boy where they blown away with everything when they arrived. They went as far as missing some of the activities just so they could soak in the ambience of the place. Its a very well put together villa with a perfect aesthetic. Habib on the other hand is a problem. He is too good at what he does and the makes him a very good problem to have in a foreign country. He was ontop of every from the day of reservation to the day of checkout. He helped me plan the whole trip and even advised on ways i didn't know about that helped me save money. He arranged to pick them up from the airport and had a driver take them around the kendwa area throughout thier stay for no extra charge. I went in looking for a host and ended up finding a friend. The staff was very polite and attentive to every need. I highly recommended the place because they will make you feel like you are a part of them. Thank you Habib.

We loved our stay at Carola & Mado's place! The villa was very clean and spacious with everything we needed to cook inside. There is a big balcony with sea views and nice breeze. We felt cool with the fans even though it was hot season. Carola was proactive and gave clear instructions. Salum was available on the property and responsive. Very easy communication. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and town is also a 2 minute walk away where you can buy basic groceries, water and snacks. There is also an affordable Italian resturant nearby that serves tasty pizzas! Our favorite part of the place was the pool surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. We will definitely stay here again when coming to Kiwengwa.

Absolutely incredible stay! The villa was stunning, offering a clean, relaxing atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The staff were exceptionally friendly and cooperative, ensuring every need was met with warmth & professionalism. Daily housekeeping and laundry services kept everything pristine throughout our stay. The pool was fantastic—large, well-maintained, cleaned daily, and boasting a stunning ocean view. Swimming there was an absolute delight! The villa also has stairs leading directly down to the ocean For activities nearby: - *Scuba diving:* One Ocean Dive Centre in Matemwe offers cool diving experiences. (10min driving) - *Horse riding on the beach:Zanzibar Horse Safari at Neptune Pwani Beach Resort & Spa with other water activities (15min driving) - *Dolphin & Snorkeling Tour near Mnemba Island We are genuinely grateful to Susan, Ali, and Doris for making our stay in Zanzibar memorable, and we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for an amazing escape!

Zoe was an amazing host and really helpful with providing recommendations on where to eat and what to see on the island. Zoe was also very quick with her responses which made our stay at Zanzibar stress free. The property was spacious, with the showers having good water pressure and the beds being covered in mosquito nets. We had rented a car and we were able to park the car safely inside the gate. Overall we would definitely recommend Zoe as a host and her property as a great place to stay!

2 weeks in this house was really peaceful and nice. The general manager Mudy and also Anna were very proactive. The house is situated in a very quiet environment and we could walk 15 minutes to Kendwa beach. Otherwise we took moto taxis. I really recommand this place

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect — 10 min walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy morning walks by the water or sunset views. Despite being so conveniently situated, the area is peaceful and not too loud, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. The property itself is surrounded by beautiful nature, with a lovely garden. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, showing great attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. A special mention to Irina, who was incredibly friendly and always available for any questions or recommendations on local life. Her warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. The island is still developing and improving the electricity grid so occasional power outages shouldn’t come as surprise. Make sure to bring power banks and get an e sim so you can continue using your phone in such cases. Overall we had a great time and would absolutely stay here again!

A little slice of heaven! We had an amazing stay at Elisabetta’s house in early January. The house is right on the gorgeous beach and it looks even better in real life than the pictures. It is very tastefully decorated and has everything you may need during your stay. The bedrooms are large and the covered patio overlooking the beach is absolutely gorgeous. It was great having Abdul to ask for recommendations and Teresa was just the best with cleaning and making us feel right at home. The town of Kiwengwa is small so we booked a few day trips from here and explored the rest of the island. Elisabetta is a wonderful host, extremely friendly and always responsive. She helped make our holiday very comfortable. We will cherish the memories that we made at Casa Di Lilli and would absolutely recommend booking this beautiful house.

My family had a wonderful 4 nights staying at Margo’s property - very private, very large functional bedrooms with fans, air conditioning and private ensuites, plus a separate fully self contained 3rd bedroom. A beautiful pool, 24 hour security onsite, daily house cleaning by Ester. And the dogs were super friendly and great company. If you like football, pack your boots and enjoy a game with the locals on the pitch next door. If you like tapas or just really good food - recommend having dinner at “ To Be” which is approx 1km from Margo’s. Couldn’t find fault with the accommodation or the lovely Margo as a wonderful host, who was available, responsive but also gave us total privacy.

Simone was een geweldige host! Reageerde super snel. Saïd haalde ons van het vliegveld en stond altijd paraat. Mtumwa poetse geweldig! Brandschoon. Bedden werden elke 4 dagen heerlijk verschoond. Bij uitval van electriciteit en water was er een generator. Fijn! Strand voor de deur niet echt schoon, maar klein stukje lopen en je hebt een fijn strand. In huis een info map met allerlei tips voor uitstapjes. Je kunt de hulpzame Saïd als chauffeur vragen, of iemand anders. Kinderen uit de buurt spelen voor de deur op het strand. Wij hebben er van genoten! Zet om 17.30 je stoel op het strand en kijk naar de visserbootjes die met hun vangst terugkomen. Het huis heeft een heerlijke veranda met eettafel en stoelen, waar je kunt ontbijten etc. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf van 4 weken gehad en danken Simone voor de goeie communicatie! Tip: neem eea voor de kinderen mee. Ze zijn echt arm.
