We lived in an apt that we exactly saw in the picture. Great location where is walkable to Marina, media city, convenient store, metro and tram stations. Salim is my host and he is friendly and responsive. Very appreciative of the hosting!

I stayed in the studio, it's tiny but all the needs are available. travelling around with taxi or public transport is easy and Zayed responses super fast. Perfect location to stay on a budget in Al Ain!

Rohit is such a nice and warm welcoming person. He made sure I know the key people in the apartment and walked me through the whole house to the details and made me feel like I was at home. since I travel for race events, I find this place very close and easier to commute to the race track. A great place to stay in a peaceful area. Good local amenities and places to walk, private beach. Only minor issue is the noise from the nearby construction sites.

Great location very close to all the shops, restaurants, tram station and beach. The host was very responsive. The shower door was slightly loose and I was worried that it might break and they had maintenance over instantly. Really enjoyed my trip and would definitely recommend

Irina is a very helpful host. We want to give her 7 star. The place was so clean and peaceful. We had basic groceries there like oil, salt, tea, suger and others cleaning items that you don’t need to buy there. The apartment is spacious and the building and the location is so attractive. I liked the place really very much, but the highlight of the stay was the host, my brother, Hasan. He is the sweetest, most considerate, friendly and helpful host I’ve ever stayed with on Airbnb. Khan is an excellent host. Super responsive and attentive, gives excellent recommendations of surrounding area and went out of his way to make me feel at home. the apartment is in a superb location, very close to the Boulevard and has a great Sea facing balcony. My time here was so good that I ended up extending my stay multiple times - would highly recommend this apartment and host.

A good place to stay - a spacious 3 bedroom apt with maid's room (it has a window) - so can be used a an extra bedroom for a kid or a teen. Great location to experience JBR vibe. The building is next to Môvenpick - The Walk, the beach - whatever you like. Also next to the tram on the Marina side.

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns gleich wie zuhause. Die Gegend ist toll und man kommt mit dem Taxi schnell an jeden Ort in der Stadt. Direkt über die Strasse hat es eine kleine Mall wo man alles findet was man für den Alltag benötigt. Wir werden das nächste Mal gerne wieder hier übernachten.
