The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, shops and grocery stores within walking distance. It is just far enough to escape the noise of downtown and close enough to enjoy all Austin has to offer in a matter of minutes. One covered parking space and street parking. This is a calm, cottagecore oasis situated in the Hyde Park neighborhood, a five minute walk from Shipe Park and pool, Quack’s Bakery, Julio’s Tex Max, Hyde Park Grill, Juiceland and Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

Walkable Cherrywood Loft, close to UT and Downtown

Walking distance to about 2 dozen restaurants / bars / coffee shops, a few blocks away from the UT football stadium and campus, and about 2 miles from downtown... yet tucked away in the nice and quiet neighborhood of Cherrywood (aka French Place). The loft is set back away back from the street with its own walkway and entrance and has a great mix of natural light and shade from the trees. It's newly remodeled and has a powerful AC for those hot Texas summers. Come check out The East Side!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Walk to restaurants and coffee shops on Manor Rd. Close to UT Campus. (20 minute walk to Stadium North Entrance) Tall ceilings. Bright and open space. Updated kitchen and lighting. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Approximately 640 Sq. ft. Guests have said many times that the space is much better than the pictures indicate so I took new pictures. They have said the place was beautiful. Everyone has been happy staying here.
