Mesmerizing. Beautiful. Other-worldly. Some of the words I would use to describe this property. We got greeted by some truly amazing wildlife, like coyotes, Dennis (Jackrabbit), and a family of Quails! Getting to stargaze while sitting around the fire pit was like no other. Thank you for sharing your little slice of Mother Nature with my boys and I.

PS. My son absolutely LOVED the soaps and burlap & barrel spices!!!!

Place was super cool, instruction were very clear. Loved the aesthetic and how modern it was. Great job by the host/Gm to make sure we were well taken care of

This is truly an amazing property that is well maintained and has new Viking appliances. It has the vibe of a small gated country estate with panoramic views that overlook Yucca Valley. Nothing negative to report with the property. We enjoyed the pomegranate and olive trees surrounding the home.
The shower area was is interesting however, not usable because there was no hot water. Navigating the dirt roads to arrive at the property is challenging.
I would repeat my stay here. Highly recommended.

Orion is every bit as beautiful and well-appointed as depicted in the photos. The pool is wonderful, especially for lap swimmers. We were there in late October and the pool was still plenty warm for lap swimming. The individual entrance to each bedroom/bathroom suite makes it particularly well-suited for two or three couples.

The home is very close to the main National Park entrance and reasonably convenient to Joshua Tree center. We didn't have any problems/issues, but the Homestead Modern people were very responsive to the few questions we asked.

Only two minor quibbles. First, the spa is beautiful, spacious and heats quite rapidly, but it's a bit challenging to get in and out, especially for anyone with limited mobility. Second, the home is not quite as isolated as it appears in the photos but we still had plenty of privacy.

All in all, a delightful vacation home!
