From the start they were really welcoming, and made us feel comfortable. Their stay was cozy and we felt right at home!
Definitely worth the stay and enjoyed our trip in Kyoto :))

Excellent, clean, private place to stay. Conveniently located <15 minutes from the main station. I booked late the day before I needed this place and the host was quick and responsive. Bed was a little lumpy but it's forgivable for how nice and clean the place was. Good AC unit and hot hot hot shower. Even has a tv (not like I stayed in and used it with all there is to do nearby around Kyoto) and adjustable lighting.

Very easy to find, host are very nice. Great stay.
