Jonny was available, accessible and friendly. The location was spot and lent itself to fantastic people watching with Casino, Pacific Fair and Convention across the way from the apartment. Noise wasn’t an issue seven stories up and it was great view. The room and bathroom were what you expected. Access to the Bel Air facility pool was awesome after a day in the heat. Only suggestion would be to provide beach towels or advise they’re available upon request. Value for money!!!
