It was described just how it was. Good stay! Great comfy beds! Plenty of room!

Great 2 bdrm/2 bath split floor plan enablng interior privacy. Extremely comfortable beds and bedding. Interior color attractive but dark considering low level of natural light and interior lighting. As noted in previous reviews, the neighbors are very noisy. This is not the fault of the AirBnB host. If your top vacation priorities include natural light, quiet surroundings or outdoor space, this may not be the rental for you. Otherwise, this condo offers as advertised: coziness, a great floor plan and quick/easy access to all that Hot Springs has to offer.

awesome place to stay

Herbert’s place is an amazing condominium to stay in! Everything you may need is right where you’d expect it to be. It really felt like a home away from home. We had no issues with neighbors, location, or any of the amenities he has listed. The cleanliness of the property also won big points with me, very clean and smelled fresh. Overall a great stay and I plan to book in the future!
