Good spot. Basement apartment, not soundproof but nothing bothersome. Plenty of space, nice beds.

The space was very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs. We had requested early check in, but we’re declined so that the cleaners could come in after the last guest. However when we arrived there were filthy towels, bedding had not been changed, bathroom and kitchen not clean. The host who lives upstairs was very prompt to address the situation and came to gather linens to wash and showed us where clean linens were. Local Living refunded our cleaning fee. Altogether the stay was good, I work from home and the internet was not great. That was tried to be remedied but still had issues. This is a nice central location in a safe neighborhood, we were worried about traffic noise from adjacent road, but it was nice and quiet, and good higher ceilings for a basement.

This Airbnb is absolutely beautiful and the homeowner was delightful. Cute little Corgi on property too! Thanks so much for a great experience, and a beautiful place. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend.
