Old hotel with construction outside behind the hotel making it a hassle to get inside. I guess it might be difficult to keep the lobby cool due to outside temps. Be prepare to wait a long time for the one and only elevator. we wait 20 mins and it's tiny. it took atleast 5 minute to lift to the second floor. there, they entire floor dripped with the cheapest off brand of Frabeeze and made us joke. I put a towel under our door to try and keep it out.
if you're looking for a cheap place to stay close to the ocean this could work.

A great landing spot for 24 hours in Miami! Comfy bed, quiet, nice staff and lovely little area! Great if you speak Spanish!

I read everything that was stated on Airbnb and I knew what I was going into.

Beware of liers.
1. It was a hotel with extremely small square footage, although the room was overlooking Northbeach, it lacked basic amenities like Microwave, Coffee machine or access to vending machines or water. UNLIKE other airbnb's it lacked kitchen of any kind.
2. The hotel room felt it was renovated few decades ago, you can see running pipes against the walls of the room, the blankets were dirty, we some hair in the blanket and creeped us out.
3. Our biggest complaint was that the room Wifi was broken, we told hotel manager Pamela about it, she assured it would be fixed in an hour, but it was not. Upon further inquiries she just kept saying its being worked on but nothing was actually done. We were LIED TO by the hotel manager.
4. This Airbnb had a checkin time of 4 PM and checkout time of 11 AM. Our flight was in late afternoon, we had requested if we could checkout at 12 PM, to our surpirse, the lady told us that doing so would count as late checkout and subject us to $57 fee
