Very nice place next to the museum of modern art. Really easy to get to the centre by bus and cab. Arif was a fantastic host, really responsive. We'll be back!

Kaldığımız yerin konumu çokk iyiydi. Fiyat performans bir yer. Hatta esnafla konuştuğumuzda bu fiyata o konumda kalmamızı çok uygun buldular. Arzu hanım bizim mesajlarımıza anında geri dönüş sağladı ve ilgiliydi. Oda da fotoğraftaki gibiydi ve temizdi. Apartmanın zaten dış kapısında şifresi var ve apartmanda kamera bulunuyor. Ayrıca erken ayrılmamız gereken sürede bagaj saklama konusunda da yardımcı oldu.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Beşiktaş. Bugra war ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und er stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Die Lage in Beşiktaş war super zentral. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Mehmet was an extremely warm and friendly person who gave great tips and recommendations for the short time we spent there. The location is great and navigating the transportation system via ferry, tram, bus and metro was easy. The direct connection from Kadiköy to Sabiha Göçken Airport was excellent. The flat was immaculately clean and all the needed things were provided. Kadiköy represents the old world, real, raw, down to earth, artistically impressive… We had a great, short and intensive cultural, gastronomic immersion trip. Thank you so much Mehmet!

From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of. The hosts were kind and helpful, and check-in and check-out went smoothly despite our late arrival and early departure. We requested a mattress and a dish drying rack during our stay, and they provided both, which we really appreciated. The location is fantastic, one of the most relaxed and charming neighborhoods in Istanbul, just a short walk from Bebek and the riverside. There are also three well-known grocery stores nearby, which was super convenient. Staying in one of these slightly vintage, local houses offers a different experience compared to the more modern apartments and residential complexes in Istanbul. Worth trying if looking for something with character!

Oğuzhan’s place was exactly what we expected for our stay in Kadikoy. He was super responsive and helpful with our late arrival. The two lovely cats at the apartment made the stay 10 times better. Walkable distance to the center and the port.

Bizimle sürekli iletişimde olan her türlü konuda yardımcı olan çok kibar ve nazik bir ev sahibi. Ev çok temiz konum mükemmel çok memnun kaldık.

Wonderful place, especially so for digital nomads. Big space and fast WiFi would make this ideal for a group of travelers who work remote.

We liked the house. It is convenient for family living. There are many attractions nearby - we walked all day around the historical part of the area. Opposite the house there is a restaurant with good traditional cuisine. Wahid is a very nice person. Thank you for your hospitality!

Zafer is a very attentive and reliable host! He was always there for us. The location is just great. The window view is breathtaking — you can see the hills and the Bosphorus. I highly recommend this house for an Istanbul stay.

Apartament exact ca în fotografii,foarte aproape de Marele Bazar și stația de tramvai/metrou;magazine,restaurante și cafenele foarte aproape de locație. Ținând cont ca se afla la demisol, este puțin mai greu cu aerisirea camerelor dar usa de la unul dintre dormitoare este utila pentru asa ceva.Are tot ce îți trebuie pe perioada cazării la un preț rezonabil.

This was our fourth trip to Istanbul and we decided to try an Air BNB as the hotels seem to always be built next to night clubs or are over priced. We definitely made the right decision. This air bnb is large and very well located. We weren't interested in going to the historic sites this trip but it is close to them without being in the historic peninsula which is noisy and crowded. This place is very quiet especially at night, compared to other places we have stayed in Istanbul and the neighborhood is fascinating and picturesque

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

A peaceful stay in a quiet neighbourhood, yet accessible to supermarkets and hip cafes and food joints, just a few minutes of walking downhill. Parking was easy with a garage seemingly for 2 cars. A flight of stairs goes to the ground floor, then another set of stairs within the house to the second floor apartment. Kitchen was fully furnished with stainless steel cooking equipment and quality Utensils. There's even coffee, tea and spices! The dining area is accompanied by a serene view of a luscious green hill, with Camlica Mosque at the top. A truly relaxing getaway from the city crowd. Although we stayed for a night, we felt rejuvenated. Thanks for the experience ☆
