Kinderfreundliche Ferienunterkünfte in Ústí nad Labem Region

Просторий будинок в затишному містечку з гарними краєвидами. Власник завжди на зв'язку і швидко відповідає. В будинку чисто, є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Територія будинку трохи занедбана але дуже велика і гарна, є навіть невеличкий пруд із рибками. Місце розташування добре підходить для тихих спокійних прогулянок. Наше перебування в будинку, в цілому, пройшло чудово. Але для власників собак може бути кілька невеличких мінусів: 1. На вході до будинку є кілька сходинок, вони зроблені з залізної решітки з великими дірками. Навіть лапи не дуже маленької собаки туди провалюються. Наша австралійська вівчарка перестрибувала їх, щоб не наступати на ці сходи. Але якщо в вас собака і з проблемами здоров'я і не може стрибати, або маленька собачка - скоріш за все, вам доведеться заносити її на руках кожен раз. 2. Навкруги багато стежок для прогулянок, але всі вони вузькі, вздовж пасовищ, які огородженні електричними заборами.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit mit unseren Freunden in der Unterkunft von Chorah Lou verbracht. Die Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für die Zusammenkunft einer großen Familien- oder Freundegruppe. Es gibt viele schöne Schlafzimmer und auch genügend Badezimmer. Der Gemeinschaftsraum und die große Küche sind super zum Kochen, gemeinsam essen und rumhängen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Die Tisaer Wände laden sehr zum Wandern ein und auch die Wanderung zum Schneeberg ist sehr zu empfehlen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Moc hezké, čisté a útulné ubytování, ideální pro dvě osoby a psa. :) Vše bylo uklizené a nic nám během pobytu nechybělo. Komunikace s majiteli byla také moc milá a bezproblémová. Apartmán je na ideálním místě, je stranou od ruchu a zároveň je pouze několik minut pěší chůze od krásných Tiských stěn a ještě kratší kousek od místního rybníku Kačáku, kde je fajn restaurace s posezením přímo u vody s výhledem na skály. Celkově se nám tento pobyt moc líbil a doufáme, že se třeba ještě někdy vrátíme. :)

Wir haben das Haus über Ostern für einen Familientrip zu Sechst genutzt. Es war alles da, was das Herz begehrt: Vom großen Kühlschrank, der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche mit angeschlossenem Speisezimmer, Schlafräumen mit guten Matratzen bis zu den top ausgestatteten Gemeinschaftsräumen mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man hier eine sehr gute Zeit haben. Glücklicher Weise schien die Sonne, so dass wir die schöne Gegend erkundet haben. Das Grundstück ist groß und eingezäunt. Unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen, wir haben uns mit dem vorhandenen Holz ein Lagerfeuer gemacht und draußen gegrillt. Wirklich schön war die überdachte Essecke mit Bänken: tolle Aussicht! Schöne und historisch bedeutsame Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe: Wir haben eine Wanderung zur Helfenburg unternommen (12 min. bis Parkplatz) und am Abreisetag das Konzentrationslager Theresienstadt besucht (knapp 20 min.) - unbedingt ansehen! Wandermöglichkeiten direkt am Haus. Mit 1 Wort: Spitze!!!

The house is ideal for a vacation, it has all the amenities in perfect condition. Kitchen with all the tools, fireplace, bbq. One bath and two showers. Jacuzzi and sauna. Green lawn with volleyball net. The village is very quiet. Host is very nice and responsive.

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft und haben von dort aus Ausflüge in die böhmische Schweiz unternommen. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich. Es gab sogar einen Kamin und unser Hund war auch willkommen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jurij. Il a été réactif lorsqu'il nous manquait des choses ou que nous avions des questions et s'est toujours rendu disponible. Le logement est facilement accessible avec les bus 145 ou 152 depuis l'arrêt de métro/tram Kobylisy (métro C notamment). Le logement se trouve entre les arrêts Libenska et Cimice. D'ailleurs, du côté de l'arrêt Cimice, vous trouverez une petite superette ouverte de 6h à 23h ainsi qu'un ATM et une pharmacie. Pas loin il y a un Albert où vous pourrez faire vos courses jusqu'à 21h et pas loin de l'arrêt Repinska (avec le bus 152) vous aurez un Lidl. Si vous avez des enfants et que vous voulez allez au zoo ce sera également facile d'accès en prenant le bus 235 pas loin (arrêt Repinska). Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et sécure. Il est très bien équipé y compris d'un grill intérieur très pratique pour faire cuire viande ou légumes rapidement pendant qu'on grignote des cacahuètes !

Wir hatten selten so eine herzliche Gastgeberin und so ein super sauberes airbnb. Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt und der Kaffee, der gratis zur Verfügung steht, war hervorragend. Wir hatten zudem den Whirlpool gebucht. Auch der war super sauber und wunderbar warm - ein tolles Erlebnis mitten im Winter. Vielen Dank noch einmal an die Gastgeberin für alles. Wir kommen wieder!

Het was een fijn verblijf. Alles was goed beloopbaar in een rustige straat. De bedden waren comfortabel en een fijne, ruime woonkamer.

This is our 3rd time in Prague and we can now say we found our perfect Airbnb. Great location next to the Charles Bridge, 5 minute walk to old town and a minute away from restaurants, stores, bus connections…. The apartment is decorated in traditional Prague style making you feel like you are a real local. Place is spotless and well equipped to cook full meals. Eva and her hardworking family are very responsive and helpful. They run a great restaurant on the ground floor which we visited often for excellent meals for lunch and supper. This will be our spot for yearly week long visits from now on.

The biggest thing for me was the kitchen floors and the walls! It was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave the house lol ! If I ever buy apartment ! It has to mimick this ! lol

The character of the neighborhood and proximity to tourist places is tops. Right above train station made exiting today easy. An unbelievable experience--a neighbor's dog bit my hand; the dog owner took me to her mother's hospital (mother is physician) for three treatments; we became fast friends!! Amazing neighbors! Everyone most friendly. Great host, too, who helped us when we couldn't figure out the lockbox. Accommodations amazing!!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Walkable to all that downtown Prague has to offer. Really lovely Airbnb, comfortable, safe and close to restaurants and shops. The bed is firm yet comfortable. We will most definitely stay here again when/if we get to come back to this amazing and gorgeous city.

logement proche de la vielle ville (15 min a pied). accès par le tram possible et place de parking inclus. Appartement bien decoré , propre, équipé. Remarques: les 2 lit double sont dans la même grande chambre, séparée par une armoire. salle de bain fonctionnelle mais un peu petite.

Качественное современное жильё в новом доме. Всё предусмотрено для жизни. Красивый вид из окна. Удобное заселение и выезд.

Wonderful stay in central Prague. This space had all the amenities listed and very responsive hosts. Very convenient for young families as we could walk to many major attractions. The local recommendations by the hosts were also great and I would highly recommend to stay here.

Чудове тихе місце )Хто шукає відпочинку від великих міст-це саме те .В місті Доксі прекрасне озеро,гарний ліс ,поруч багато замків ,які варто відвідати. Господарка квартири дуже мила 🥰 Сама квартира маленька,але дуже чиста і зручна . Думаю що літом в цьому місці буде дуже гарно.

This is hands down the best airbnb we have ever been to! The host is amazing, very friendly and, gave us very clear instructions. The best thing was that the place is spotless CLEAN and very big! If we were to go back to Prague, we would definitely come back here. Thank you Bohumila for hosting us. We totally loved it!

Naprosto paradni ubytovani, pokud jako my potrebujete byt v blizkosti 02 areny. Hlavne pokud jedete tri kolegove a potrebujete kazdy svuj pokoj a soukromi. Vsechno dokonaly. Naprosto doporucuju vsem. Jeste jednou moc dekuji.

Great place to stay! It has everything you need!

My husband and I stayed at this Airbnb and it was great! It was clean and spacious, and very well stocked (shampoo, soap, blankets, coffee and more!). The host was also very responsive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. It’s also very well located, roughly 10 minutes walking distance from the old city plaza.

Everything was great! I liked the presence of a supermarket and personal parking!

We were very happy to stay in this flat. The place was very neat and clean and easy to access from the tram. It was also within close range from the old town. Ulvi responded quickly and we could also store our luggages after check out which was a plus. Made our stay in Praha even better!!

Jan’s place was a great place for our family with two small kids. It had plenty of space, fit the description and photos and the ceilings were even more high and elegant than the listing pictures made me think. Beds were comfy, there were abundant linens, and a very well equipped kitchen for what we used it for. We didn’t really use the living room as we spent most of the day out exploring the city, but his bookcase was interesting to peruse. The building had a small elevator that was helpful to lug our luggage up and down some (but not all of) the stairs. The best part of this listing was actually Jan and the value he brought in all the extras. We had small children and he equipped the house with childproofing, toys, baby bowls and utensils, and even baby soap. There was food in the fridge to get us started, and it was so helpful to not have to immediately figure out buying breakfast foods. His recommendations were great, and he just couldn’t have been any nicer or accommodating.
