Having just undergone a complete remodel involving everything in the house it is ready to host you in comfort, in style, and in privacy. An up to date kitchen is perfect for those that want to entertain in a location with views to die for. Divers will find East Wind a perfect seaside location.

Short walk to popular dive centers, restaurants, bars and Bando Beach. Off grid solar powered. Two spacious porches. Private water supply. Fenced and gated for privacy. Lined with mangroves on the lagoon side. Spacious yard with colorful landscaping. Spectacular sunrises can be seen from the house.

2 bedroom house with one bath, kitchen, living area and an open porch with a beautiful view of the patio and pool. Weekly cleaning service provided at no additional cost. Electricity and personal items are NOT included. 1 pet maximum with a one time fee of $80. Can be paid at check in (Pet must be friendly since other guests and pets share the same property) Check-out time is at 11:00a.m, any guest remaining after check-out time will be charged for an additional day( $180).

This apartment is excellent for those traveling on a budget, its located in the center of town, very close to all the bars, restaurants and dive schools, everything is within 5-10 minute walk, the public beach is 5 minute walk and the supermarket is right next to the apartment building. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a long stay as well and with High speed internet. College of diving, captain Morgan's and paradise divers are across the street.

Brand New Stylish Apartment. This place is less than 5 minute walk from everything. It's across the street of Utila lodge which has a beautiful dock where you can swim any time. All the restaurants, bars and party spots are very close, you will not need a taxi or moto or car from this place. The apartment is fully furnished with all the amenities for you to have a comfortable stay, with every kitchen utensils that you could need.

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

Casa Colorada is located on the Utila Cays, just 20 minutes by boat from Utila. The apartment is facing the ocean and is located in the ground floor of the house with direct access to the ocean. Moreover the property is close to local restaurants and convenience stores.
