Cay House, Jewel of the Utila Bay

This enormous home is completely surrounded by the Caribbean Sea. The beautiful dock offers spectacular views of sunsets and sunrises. Each of the five bedrooms boasts a stunning sea view. Conveniently located within walking distance of the best dive shops and restaurants while still being away from the hustle and bustle of town. After a day of diving, you can relax in a private sensory deprivation float room. To ensure your comfort at all times, a new generator has been installed in 2025.

“New Canal” The Lighthouse Utila

Located on an upper level bay corner of The Lighthouse, “New Canal” provides its guest immediate relaxation. Utila's Sapphire House is a newly constructed upscale 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located at the water's edge on what is called the "old airport" area at the beginning of TradeWind. This stylish home features sea views from both bedrooms, and the great room (which includes the living area, dining area, and the kitchen area). The sea side deck provides a perfect place to sit in the quiet and enjoy the lapping of the Caribbean waves against the shore. THIS is what you have been looking for!

Caribbean Ocean Front Charm and a Pool with a View

The Caribbean Sea is a beautiful place to spend your vacation, and our vacation rental house is the perfect spot to enjoy it. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our recently remodeled main house is spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy your time here. The primary suite features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and a private balcony with stunning ocean views. Two guest rooms with queen-size beds.

Sheshitas Casita Utila

A wooden little house, with one bathroom, two bedrooms with one double bed, a fan, a living room with table, chairs, kitchenette with basic utensils ( table stove, fridge, etc ), wifi and AC. ( there´s no hot water). The walking distances from the house to the ferry station is 20 minutes, and to the beach Chepas is 5 minutes. Located one minute walking distance off the main road trough a 4 feet wide road, in a secluded area without traffic, and the neighbours are mostly locals.

Newly renovated upscale home located at the end of main street at the upper lagoon bridge. Fully insulated, fully airconditioned and energy efficient. Built to USA building code. Beach Casita, Secluded beauty at Paradise Regained

The Beach Casita is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a rustic, self-contained oceanfront retreat with views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained oceanfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

This one bedroom apartment has a partial view from the balcony of the Utila upper lagoon and Pumpkin Hill in the distance. The fully furnished one bedroom apartment has a full size bed and sleeps two people maximum, small living room, tv for guest streaming, wifi, air condition, fan and full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, hot water. We are located directly across the street from the Caribbean sea, 100 steps!
