The mountains are calling! The Larkspur cabin & bunkhouse are the perfect Vallecito escape. Located just north of Vallecito Reservoir. Cabin: 4 beds, 1.5 baths (5 guests). Bunkhouse: 1 bed & fold mattress (2 add’l). Marina is 3 miles away, trails less than a mile. This cabin is in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle. Easy access to activities, a peaceful night’s rest, a book by the pellet stove or create new memories around the fire pit, enjoying s’mores with friends and family!

(Please note that the loft has a low ceiling height & ladder steps.) Your family will enjoy lots of outdoor space on this extra large property!

This gorgeous home has multiple floors of accommodations, and is the perfect place to get away and be in nature. This cabin boasts a three story floor plan, with a full bathroom on each floor (as well as a half bathroom on the main floor), a full sized bed in every room, and two large decks with plenty of space overlooking the lake. * SUV, truck or four-wheel-drive/all-wheel-drive suggested

Bethany's Vallecito Lake Cabin #2

A cute cabin with an ideal location. It is easy to find, and it is just off the county road with plenty of parking space. Vallecito Lake is directly across the street as well as the boat marina where you can rent a pontoon, kayak, paddle board, and more. The front porch offers beautiful views of the mountain and lake, and you can also enjoy the lakeside view from the dining table. Durango is about 25 minutes from Durango during the summer and about 35 to 40 min during the winter.

Updated lake home with large open kitchen and living room floor plan. Beautiful views of the Vallecito Reservoir and surrounding mountains. Roll your luggage directly into the front door without the hassle of stairs. A short walk down a designated path to the lake. Vallecito Marina and Yacht Club is .4 miles from the property. Dog-friendly, up to 2 dogs welcome, $50 per pet fee, must be crated if left alone in the house. Please keep pets off of furniture and beds.

#1 Lakefront Colorado Cabin @ Elk Point Lodge

This is a lakefront cabin at Elk Point Lodge- a peaceful and secluded resort tucked in the pines on the eastern shore of Vallecito Reservoir - the quiet side. There is convenient free lake access from this cabin. Elk Point Lodge is a pet friendly, family friendly, rustic retreat surrounded by the San Juan National Forest in the Colorado wilderness. There are many great amenities included like use of the Lodge Recreation Room and complimentary use of our watercraft!

Altitude Adjustment - A-frame cabin on 3 acres

The cabin sits at 8000 feet on a hillside approximately 20 minutes east of downtown Durango. It is newly renovated and will comfortably sleep 2-4 guests. The cabin is a great base camp for your adventures. Hiking, biking or swimming are 15 minutes away. Purgatory Resort and Wolf Creek are respectively 50 and 90 minutes away. AWD or 4x4 is required in winter to drive up the .33 mile access road to the cabin.

Croll Cabins- DeSpain Schoolhouse on Vallecito, #1

DeSpain Schoolhouse (865 sq ft) is a two story cabin set back from the lake, with a large backyard, and a lovely porch with a swing to enjoy the sunset views over the lake. The living room has a corner woodstove and a dining area that seats 6. Newly renovated fall 2024. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed and twin bed.
