Quiet space 25' by metro to BCN center

Comfortable suite with bathroom + living room with another single bed + work and dining area in a residential neighborhood with connection to BCN (25' by train). Ideal for relaxing , with the advantage of fast and frequent public transportation, such as the metro (fare zone 1). The space occupies the first floor of a single-family home, and we live on the lower floor. Access is via a staircase on the side of the house, passing through our garden. With a business license and all permits in order.

The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. Lola is a naturopath and a well-known therapist and author and often organizes meditation sessions and other wellness activities at home

Se alquila planta baja en una casa privada que está situada a 5 minutos a pie a la playa Costa Dorada, en el pueblo Roda de Barà mar. Su espacio agradable, tranquilo y luminoso permite descansar cómodamente. La planta baja no está conectada con la primera planta y tiene la entrada independiente. Es ideal para una pareja o una familia de 2 a 4 personas. Pero no es nada aconsejable para las personas que buscan la vida nocturna: no se permite hacer ruido a partir de las 23:00 h.
