It is only minutes from many wineries and only 15 minutes from watkins glen. The house has a full kitchen with cooking basics and a k-cup coffee maker 3 bedrooms with king size beds. A stream flowing right through the back yard. There are toys and games and a hot tub. There's some noise from the traffic on rte 14 but peaceful otherwise.

After spending a day out sight seeing or hiking the Watkins glen gorge, you can relax in the hot tub or around the fire pit. Fire wood is provided.

A-Frame on Keuka Lake

This house has a suite with a king bed, mini-kitchen, and a full bath (shower). There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a separate bath (tub/shower). There is a large living room, a full eat-in kitchen and an outdoor grill. Extra seating is available on the deck overlooking the lake. A separate rental unit (Keuka Beach House) along the lake has a shared beach and dock that is a one-minute walk down the hill.
